La ubicacion, muy cerca de gasolineras con servicios completos. Compramos ensaladas en la gasolinera y pizza excelente. Encontramos farmacia y tenian balanza para las maletas. Nos mejoraron la habitacion porque estaban a full esos dias. Los desayuos tienes que bajar rapido porque los huespedes se acababan algunas cosas... en genral estuvo todo excelente.

Poco parqueaderos, fue la noche del superbowl y nos dimos 3 vueltas esperando un parqueo disponible.

The property was fine. We did not get to stay there as they had no room for us. We stayed across the pool at the holiday inn which is a sister property. That property was run down although was very clean. Carpet was old and stained. Everything in need of tender loving care.

We never got to stay at Staybridge Suites. We were given inferior accommodations.

En recepción tienen un tipo alto y de barba que tiene el peor servicio al cliente que se pueda imaginar, su falta de respeto, empatía y educación no tiene comparación, simplemente nefasto tener que ser atendido por ese señor

Close to the airport

We have to wait more than an hour to check in because the staff said that they don’t have a clean room, and then in the room there are some cockroaches and they don’t clean the room.

Breakfast was adequate however sausages or bacon weren't replenished fast enough.

The hallway to rooms was smelly the room it self was musty the ac leaked and if there is any downpour of rain outside your room might leak. A number of rooms flooded while we were there and although maintenance tried their best to assist the carpet in the room was still soaked and smelly so bad we had to change hotels. Also housekeeping do not come to change towels or replenish the 1 and only toilet paper in the room unless you ask them to much to our suprise.

Nous sommes restés 2 nuits entre les 2 nuits les serviettes n’ont pas été changées et les lits pas refaits. Le petit déjeuné très bien sauf qu’il arrive des l’ouverture sinon vous trouvez plus rien ( arrivées à 9h10 plus rien alors que le service est ouvert jusqu’à 10h30 ) et même si vous demandé rien n’ai remis…..

We love the location. We enjoy the suites and the breakfast. The staff at the breakfast is great. We’ve stayed here about 6 times.

When I checked into my room I found a face clothe stuffed into the sink. I removed it. After that I was finding a cockroach in the sink everyday. I’m now thinking someone stuffed the face clothe down there to stop the bugs.

Clean hotel, great amenities and helpful staff. Marecio was so willing and helpful. It’s a place I’ll definitely stay anytime i am in Miami.

I didn't even enjoy the arrival. People like that should not have the responsibility of a place that constantly receives people. Because he did absolutely nothing to help, he even walked out and left us stranded.

The staff, a disaster, the man who was supposed to be present at the counter was not there when we arrived. When he arrived, he said that there were no rooms available and that he could not help me. Mediocre service, they didn't even care that they had a disabled girl who after a long trip needs rest.

Doral location I never stayed there so I need a refund also they sent me off their premises because u charge me once I got to the hotel so that’s twice and they u didn’t have any suites available

Staff rude

Breakfast was good every morning. Staff was friendly and helpful.

There was a car in parking lot with a busted out back window. Gave an appearance of a shady area.

Mauricio was very attentive and very friendly, excellent customer service.

The beds were uncomfortable including the pull out bed in the living room. We had to pay $5 parking every day which we have never had to do when visiting other hotels.
