Breakfast was good. What you'd expect in a small hotel

It was noisy outside on corridors as late as 2:30 am. It kept is awake off and on

It was a good one night stay as I had to catch an early flight. Breakfast was good.

Loved the location close to light rail. The room was large and well appointed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful to both me and my daughter.

It is a basic motel with uncomfortable furniture and ersatz food. It is clear and quiet. Nothing special to recommend it or deny a recommendation.

second stay in six months, in both we were nearly last room and second to last room furthest from the entrance. For a couple of old folks that’s quite a hike on bad knees. Probably will not return. Feel taken advantage of, not appreciated at all. Long advance reservations both.

Staff, and clean was awesome
Because of how the bathroom doors are there's absolutely no privacy when you're staying in the same room with other people you can see in the bathroom on both sides of the doors. It should be regular locking doors that are completely sealed so you have your own privacy while you using the restrooms when staying with other people

Friendly staff. The hotel is very clean and bright. I loved that there were three elevators. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was good with lots of options.
The bathroom door was just a hanging door. Unable to lock it and had gaps to look into the room while it was "closed". I would have loved to see more privacy there. The TV in the room needs replacing, the screen was partially dark.

Breakfast was OK and the location was good (close to the airport)
The room was in need of a make over... carpets were stained and dirty.
LOL.... question 4 says one of the closest beaches was Des Moines Beach?? It was January and raining.

loved the location! It wasn’t in a sketchy neighborhood and it was close to the link that takes you downtown!
I wish there was more options for breakfast but it all was still great
