Felt like one was constantly challenged to give up their daily housekeeping service for a donated meal of the resorts choice for them to receive credit in some unknown destinations. Felt a lot like a fast food restaurant asking for a donation after ordering a meal.

The pool and service at the pool was great. The food in the restaurants was excellent. The property is very aesthetically pleasing.

We got upgraded to presidential villa - what more can you ask for? It was divine!!! Private pool and hot tub, 2 rooms 3 bathrooms. Royal treatment!!!

there are better places to stay for the same or less cost. Seemed short staffed, charged for overnight parking when we didn’t have a car which we had to point out, empty mini fridge, unfinished or poorly finished decor, had to ask for water and coffee repeatedly as well as cups to drink it from despite the fact that due to hot weather the cold water tap still ran warm, the pool music at the adult pool was like we were in a night club even at lunch time. Expensive menu $5:00 for two slices of toast for breakfast and $8:00 for a medium sized bottle of water from the shop when we had to get it for our room coffees.

Layout of the property was great, with pool centered among the courtyard and lunch/cafe places. Loved the music & lights to add special effects to an already beautiful scene.

Loved the full shower and bath. Pool was amazing and the views of the mountains were gorgeous.

Everyone was so friendly. We loved the crew at Oasis Pool - JossLynn, Danae, Victor, Kyle, and all the gang! Spa facilities were superb! I loved my deep tissue massage. Spa amenities were very nice. Loved the cold plunge! I liked that the hotel communicates via text. Grounds are beautiful and very well maintained.

I wasn’t crazy about the room service. I didn’t care for the disposable paper cartons.
