Better than I expected after reading some reviews.

A little far out from Newport, but only a quick and easy drive away!

It is just a few minutes away from Newport and has stores and restaurants surrounding it.

Big room and no charge for my little dog.

The balcony door screen was ripped, the bathroom vanity was way too small. No counter space. Overall bathroom was too tight.

The location is quite a distance from shopping areas

There is no shuttle to take you to airport

It was convenient to where we needed to be for our vacation. It was quiet, no problems with night time noise.

It may be wrapping up or in the middle of a renovation, so while there were tables in the area, the property did not offer a breakfast.

the guys at the main counter that checked us in was friendly.

police were escorting people out of the hotel when we were there. the mattress had stains. there was chipped paint all over the bathroom walls. this was not a cheap place to stay at

Nice open room, clean. Across the street from a grocery store and only about a 10 minute drive to Cliffwalk

We knew it didn't have breakfast before we went, but they had a space to offer it, just looks like they've discontinued it. Would have rated higher if it was offered. The vanity and sink were in the bathroom, much prefer when it's oitside of. And the vanity was so small, very inconvenient.

Hallway smelt moldy. Moldy towels in bags in side entrance. Lobby coffee pot was out of order. Pool gate was locked and when i asked it was not open. Room was right next to people that own and live in hotel. People sleeping next to dumpster and hanging out in parking lot. Did not feel safe. People from hotel sitting in their cars doing drugs. Expensive fpr the quality. No breakfast.

Bathroom was dirty. Needed a real good scrubbing.

Room was clean enough for the price but not really cleaned.

The room only looked clean and the remodeling was amateur. Power strip dangling from the wall for the items plugged in. The other hotels were way busier than this one and we now see why.

Location wasn’t bad, plenty of stuff around the hotel.

Room wasn’t that clean and the hotel seemed abandoned. Lobby was empty, didn’t locate a vending of ice machine. Hotel staff hid in a room and had to be called on a phone when needed. The TV cut out often and Wi-Fi wasn’t reliable. For the the price, I should have spent $10 more and stayed somewhere else.

This hotel exceeds my expectations.. I booked this hotel last minute and was abit nervous about the cleanliness of the place but I was shocked.. I stayed in a king size room: it was spacious, clean, fresh and very welcoming. If your in this area, you should consider staying here. Ooo not to mention the receptionist, unfortunately I don’t remember her name but she’s Jamaican. She is just awesome.. very polite and gave us good restaurant recommendations.

What I Didn't Like ..... Front desk employee doesn't like that I have a Debit Card and Not a Credit Card even though I've pre-paid for a number of stays at this Hotel using it! When I get to the room, I put my suitcase and travel bag inside of the room, go food shopping, come back about an hour later to find room Key Card Won't Open the Room Door Front Desk employee tries Key Card in Room Door, still won't work! They try Key Card in room next to mine, it opens the room door in wrong room! They close my Room Door and Refuse to let me have my belongings, with groceries on floor in front of my room, they say; "Wait Here! I Need To Go Do Something First!" After Insisting I be let into my Room, they open door for me, I had yo Call Front Desk to ask for New Key Csrds gir the Room I am in! About an hour later 2 Women show up at door of room I am in, angrily saying; "What Are You Doing In Our Room!" Turns out Hotel employees remover their belongings from the room, never called them to let them know that they did it! Very Poor Management on the Part of the Hotel employees! No Communication Skills What So Ever!

Peaceful and enjoyable stay! Nice size room with very warm and comfortable bed! Good size mini fridge in room, free cable TV and WiFi ! Love to walk-in shower! Super Market across the street from the Hotel, and plenty of Restaurants and other store for shopping! RIPTA Bus Service Route 60 and 63 are available for travelers.

No dislikes for this stay!
