Close to the concert venue in the heart of the city

No meat for breakfast

Location needs a complete upgrade; beds tired, bathroom poor (ugly calking on counter, loose shower, low water pressure, more) outside door fit so badly you can look outside through the crack. Outside security door does not close. Cleaning substandard, clock radio filthy.

Super nice lady at the front desk, place looked clean and kept up with. Location was nice. Beds were comfy. No complaints here other than the long walk to my room, but that’s not gonna stop me from staying here next time I’m in town!

The night manager, Mary, was absolutely amazing. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything that we needed plus more.

convenient location

I was charged $20 because I wanted to. heck on when I arrived at 11:45 and check in is at 3:00. even though there were plenty of rooms available I was charged extra. Not very good customer service, in my opinion.
