Frig ran constantly. Another guests room was broke into Homeless man in the trash did not feel safe

Loved the comfort of the Bed. Staff was friendly and we were able to get plenty of towels. Check in was a breeze as well as check out.

Our room had an odor. When we arrived the hallway reeked of very strong Asian cooking. It almost caused us to change Hotels but we stuck it out Parking stalls are too narrow and it was challenging to park. Breakfast was unattractive and cheap looking. Hotel is a bit worn out.

I liked the bed it was super comfy. Nice little kitchenette but the handle on the door of the refrigerator was broken. Loved the bathroom mirror and free laundry room was great.

That there was no variety in the breakfast like waffles or hotcakes. The picture on the TVs were freezing because they could not get the reception and the tv remote for the room had no battery.

The key cards always stopped working. We accumulated 10 over a 7 day stay. So many nights coming from work I was stuck outside

They had a free laundry facility

I paid extra because I have a dog and for one thing I thought that the pet was included in the weekly price of $627 but it was and additional $150 plus a$100 dollar deposit and they said I made long distance calls and kept my whole deposit plus $40 more! Then on top of it all they would not let me extend my stay because my dog was barking trying to adjust to the new environment and they waited until the final day to inform me I could no long stay instead of telling me sooner so I could make other arrangements.

Great room! The layout was perfect, the kitchen had everything we needed, the bed was super comfy, and the bathroom was spacious.

Travelers—smoking and pot smells in hallways and not picking up after their dogs, despite bags and cans provided

Breakfast is always a plus such good food and good variety would've loved to go swimming
