Great location for Universal Studios! It’s my go to Hotel! Clean & comfy ! The staff is friendly & helpful!

Omg the shower head in room 509 is seriously horrible !! The water feels like needles, and it actually hurt.

Shower head is a waste of water. It sprayes water allover. I think there is a water leak on the bathroom floor probably from next room.

Cleanliness was good for it being a Best Western. There's a sign you put on your bed to request your sheets to be changed, I didn't use it but my sheets were changed regardless. They even put the ironing board away after I had left it out. I liked that the room to grab ice/ and access to the vending machines from was locked unless you had your hotel key card, as well as the pool.

There is a charge for parking, which seemed unfair for the price of the stay for the room. It would make sense for multiple guests or cars but not for just one car. I called ahead to ask for early check in, but was greeted with some pushback and attitude at the front desk undermining the time I told them I would be there by. Overall it was pretty noisy due to the busy street, but there is no soundproofing between the walls of each room either. There is no free breakfast, and when you ask for breakfast spot recommendations, they push you on the Denny's that's connected to the hotel. The 24hour Denny's explains the sparse parking spots available. Wished they had a hot tub.

WEAK SHOWER HEAD PRESSURE! Still had to pay for parking too. Clean enough, but some left over hair found on bathroom floor. Disappointed as usually best western comes through for me in past. Maybe it's just this location?

The clerk at the front desk who checked us in and out was very nice.

Being charged a 12 fee per night for parking. That was not mentioned on the Booking.com website. We thought the parking was included.
