The price was prohibitive. Only one elevator worked which was used by guests as well as the entire staff, making it impossible to get around in a timely fashion. A homeless person was in the breakfast room for at least 30min, playing on a computer and clearly being disruptive un-noticed for quite a while by the staff. Name was supposed to be added to the booking, which was never done. I like Hampton Inns usually and for the ratio price/service but this time around it was so overpriced for the quality of service it was absurd.

After a complete remodel. U should have invested inn 55inch smart tvs. Those tvs r 2 small in today's hotels..all newer hotels have smart 55 65 and some 70 in rooms now. It's time to change that.. Invest in 55in smart tvs

Paying extra for breakfast for $200 a night room seems excessive. Understand not always that price but maybe when rates are increased you give a partial credit to breakfast

The rooms need to be updated, breakfast needs to be free with more options from the menu, swimming area is rough, what is posted online is completely different in person. It’s all rundown. Rooms had staines on the carpet, as well as bedding. Would be nice to have a microwave and full size fridge.

The breakfast had a pretty good spread. They had something for everyone. Check in was seamless and the room was nice. Had plenty of room for the kids and us in the work-life suite.

The kids would have loved a tub/shower, but that's about it.

I Like the location, really close to downtown Arlington and a lot of entertainment really close by the Hotel

Our Room did not have a good view at all. Kept the curtain closed because all I could see was rooftop and I requested before I got there to have a nice view they said because I booked online that I just get what I get, and to upgrade would be an additional hundred dollars very disappointing in that.

The breakfast buffet was nice and the trolley from the hotel to the Rangers stadium was nice

Waiting for the trolley after the game to pick you up and return to the hotel took a long time.

bugs in our room an elevators not working

well, of course, I was there for emergency reasons and I did had a death in the family and I was grieving and I’m not blaming nothing on the hotel or the stay or anything like that. I’m saying how it is as a time yes I was there for a death in the family and I needed to stay there. housekeeping was wonderful. I was in room 417. Housekeeping did everything. I asked them to do with notes I laid out they are great.

I just thought it was a waste of a building. I think it can be a good building, but not a hotel. So much waste of space.

I wish the rooms would get colder! they only get to certain temperature and it was still hot !

It was close to all the entertainment and they were super accommodating to our needs.

No complaints if I had to say something it would be the price of eating at restaurant but that’s everywhere.

Breakfast was great. All of the hotel staff we GREAT.

Make sure the great staff are happy so they stay employed with the hotel.
