That one lady...at check in she was fair...check out that one guy was ok

We're should I start the room wasn't what was on the website...the bed was horrible hard...the bathroom was uncomfortable, the view was trash, the housekeeper walk in ower room around 8ish am or 9am that Sunday morning check out for us wasn't til Monday morning, got there that friday evening. Couldn't find anything to watch on TV their service was horrible. When you go to guide to find something to watch, it was fuzzy. Let the guy know at checkout, but nothing hot done about it. Will nevvvver stay there ever again. The lobby area is really nice and the pool area is nice. Only one elevator was working, of course, for a minute for it to come down. Not to mention my birthday was that Sunday, it was my birthday weekend!

A lot of people, possibly some staff, parked their cars in the loading/unloading area for the main lobby entrance/check in area at night leading me to believe my car would be broken into if I didn’t also park there or very close by. Lots of weeds coming through the parking lot pavement, lack of grounds up keep, burnt out and damaged/non-working exterior lighting, trash near entrance to parking lot like someone’s tennis shoes in the parking lot, what looked like a microwave near the parking lot entrance. Hallway were not properly ventilated, not enough air conditioning for the common areas, lobbies, hallways, took our room a long time to get cool once we checked in, air filters for our room’s a/c were installed incorrectly and I fixed them myself, room and most of the hotel was very dimly lit even when you turned on every single light, ventilation fan in our bathroom did not work, lots of outlets in our room were not flush with the wall, improperly installed or broken, sticking out with tape on some of them covering openings, shower curtain rod in our bathroom was broken/loose, would not stay up fully causing the shower curtain to not do properly while taking a shower, even on the 5th floor you could smell the chlorine/pool water coming from the outdoor swimming pool which tells me the hotel is not properly ventilated, hallways were always very warm and humid. All the carpets in the hotel looked worn and need of replacement, one of the main two elevators was blocked off and unusable the entire time my family was there, the only elevator left never stopped level with the 5th floor, it always stopped a bit lower causing you to have to step up to get off the elevator and pick up your wheeled luggage and bell hop cart.
