Location ok. The faucet in bathroom was broken. We had ro move to another room since the TV was broken.

Nothing to be exact I would have stayed at Hilton for the same price and it was exellet.

Location and ease of access. Staff at front desk were always friendly and helpful.

Carpets are FILTHY. The AC unit in our room (234) sounded like a freight train--it was so loud. We requested housekeeping for the 3rd day of our visit but never got any. We constantly had to ask for supplies -- tissues, towels (there were only 2 for 3 people!), cups. No breakfast VERY expensive

The mattresses were comfortable nice pool

I paid the price on here when arriving to the property was ask to pay more or they would cancel my reservation. Reservation was for a king bed and my room was "given to someone else". Have attempted to reach out to manager of property via booking and calls to hotel with no luck. Air conditioning kept shutting off wouldn't stay running. All over would give them a 2.5 star 🌟

Dirty room. Had to change. Elevator went out. Water tasted gross. No microwave. Wouldn't visit again.

location was great. second time staying there. I booked a different hotel but didn’t stay there because it smelled and was dirty. I got lucky and got a room at holiday inn
