The hotel was very nice, modern and clean. The staff was very friendly and were always there to help. We really enjoyed the breakfast! It is in a great location downtown close to everything.

The bathroom could use a little renovation.

The staff and location, the hotel is old but very well maintained

room not as described hotel policies still very strict about Covid restrictions a bit uptight - first breakfast buffet where everything is restricted hotel policies very difficult with customers paying in pesos because they want dollars card key to room needed changing multiple times because of ancient system no room control of air conditioning

the location was convenient

the don’t respect the details on the booking, they assigned me the room they had available even when I reserved a different room saying that there way no availability and blaming booking for not sending the details, the Wifi never worked on my floor despite all the times I told them It was not working properly the room was not super clean and had and old smell inside really disgusting, found bugs in the bathroom as well, the property seems to be old and it need proper maintenance finally when 8 checked out they tried to charge me the taxes even when they knew I was a foreigner and to avoid they started to ask for a document I received at border control when they could get it online which they finally did. really bad experience here
