I asked for a toothpaste but they said that they were out. Then as I was going out go get some, I saw someone else pick up toothpaste at the concierge.

Staff was friendly. Room was spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was helpful. Parking easy. Pet friendly. Value was excellent.

We checked into 3 rooms before we landed on a 4th room that didn't have issues. 1 had a keypad thats battery had died, 2 had broken safety locks and one smelled like smoke. If there hadn't been extra vacancies and we had had to stay in one of the other rooms we would have been really unhappy. The room we ended up in still had some issues and was worn down in many places - but it was very clean and we were able to get comfortable there.

The stovetop in the “kitchen” was so weak it couldn’t even boil water after 1 hour! The shower only ever hit lukewarm. The phone was broken. There were electrical outlets that didn’t work. And the toilet leaked around the base!

the lack of 1- being able to EVER GET AHOLD OF THE BUSINESS BY TELEPHONE!!! 2- I booked this through another site and when not offered a choice of rooms available at the guest services counter. Was put in the same room from the previous evening ( we decided to stay another evening)which was 25 feet away from the front entrance and directly across the laundry facilities and workout room ( yup - you guessed it open all night) so it was VERY UNSETTLING TO NOT FEEL SAFE IN MY OWN ROOM! charges on credit card with no itemization or explanation for the charges…?!!@!&?&€
