The room was nice sized. Our room was not ready when we arrived at 4 so we were given a wheelchair accessible room. Location is great. Near lots of restaurants and stores. Breakfast was provided.

Room service is not automatic. I asked for room service one day and it wasn't done. Kinda of expensive room for Brownsville.

The room was disgusting. Large stains on the carpet. No towels were available. After traveling 8+ hours, I had to get out the shower, and ask the attendant for towels. For 200$+ for just one night, I expected better.

Location is Good. There Breakfast is always good.

The bed, and overall atmosphere in the lobby and room and hotel itself was really nice and homey. It felt “warm” and inviting. And I loved the privacy I felt.

I think redoing the showers might help. It’s not very nice to be showering with paint peeling off the tub. Also no cable all weekend. That was a bummer.

Room was clean and staff was friendly. Staff was smiling and in a good mood.

Bath room stuff is poor, there is no shower shoes, toothpaste and toothbrush. Fridge and Microwave should be available in every room, they are not a kind of luxury stuff to get this option higher rate than room without fridge and microwave.

Clean, comfortable, and fresh smelling. The pool was also well maintained and refreshing. My check out was a little late, but the staff was very Obliging.

Breakfast was adequate, but could be made better with scrambled eggs and hash browns.
