Girls concert weekend! Our stay was fantastic! Staff was so very friendly and very attentive! Room was clean and very comfortable! Great location! Would definitely stay again!

The location was wonderfully clean. And well lit and located. The beds are incredibly comfortable (we purchased the same mattress for our new home in MN).

There is no breakfast- for such a luxury price tag, I expected water bottles/filtered water, room service and a free breakfast of sorts. It’s was disappointing at best.

I'm a "free Waffles" kind of guy, and no free waffles. The breakfast menu is definitely convenience foods, but the staff is consistently friendly, gracious and helpful.

They didn’t clean our room. We were really looking forward to coming back to a made-up room after a long day of moving our child into his dorm. Yet no one cleaned our room!

Property was in an ideal location and the staff was exceptional

Parking was the only negative about this property….couldn’t believe after spending the amount of money for the room that I had to pay over $20 per day to park my vehicle near the hotel. Couldn’t believe the property didn’t have a relationship with the attached parking structure….bush league!

We attended the Minnesota Fringe Festival, and the hotel was ideally located close to the venues. We also appreciated the fitness center and the pool.

While daily maid service is not necessary, it would be nice to have enough coffee for each day. The desk clerk gladly got us some when we asked, but we felt we were intruding.

I don’t know what you can do but the two nights that I stayed, the hallway was so noise. From 1-3:00AM were the noisiest. I didn’t know if I should call the desk? I have never experienced that before where it was two nights in a row. Also, downtown Minneapolis comes with its challenges. Many of local establishments are closed and run down.

Super clean, amazingly comfortable beds, awesomely friendly staff, pool water was clean and temperature was perfect, not too cold.

One elevator was uncooperative, not really much choice in shopping or restaurants within 10-12 minutes walk.

Property was clean and the beds were quite comfortable. Other guests were incredibly loud in the hallways at all hours until our last night.

Parking while staying at the hotel should be free not $25 a day.

parking is not free, you will need to pay $20 overnight fee, I booked through Booking.com, but there’s a hiccup on the reservation, they cannot find my name, the staff has to call somebody else to double check my reservation

It was very easy to get to, the facilities were clean, and the staff was friendly!

What I was charged for the damages deposit was inaccurate compared to the website. I was charged $200 instead of the $100 I was planning on.
