Bed was fine.

The place is old. Needs an upgrade. No fridge in room. You can ask for one and they said they may be able to accommodate. When allowing customers to book for some big school event they should find a way to keep the kids away from customers. They were banging on our door and causing problems.

The hotel treated us like we were a 3rd party.. That's all the front desk staff kept saying when we had an issue.. " well you know you booked through a 3rd party" I couldn't even get a printed receipt!

Wash cloth and towels had stains on them. Steam iron didn't work!

Tried calling hotel several times from outside the hotel to speak with front desk about item I left in room after check out. Phone would ring 15-20 times, never answered and then disconnected. Very frustrating.

Staff and location. Room was nice and clean. TV needs immediate update.

When i come to Chicagoland I stay at this location because it is right in the middle of my two customers. Allways clean and comfortable

Staff were great and very helpful the decor was tasteful. Breakfast isn't included but it was delicious.

You could tell the room wasn't cleaned well, I found gummy bears on the floor by the bed. The coffee pot didn't work, which they were more then happy to replace but I wasn't going to fret about it since we only stayed one night. The pool was nice but the hot tub needs work. Half the jets didn't work, and it looked like it hadn't had a good cleaning in awhile it was kinda gross.

Location was nice

I paid for the extra breakfast but was informed that it was not included with the stay.

I loved the cookie at check in, so much I got 3 of them!

Room Cleaniness; When I got to my room there was some very disgusting things found in the bathroom. Down the front outside of the toilet was either some ones puke or fecal matter...this continued to the base trim outside the shower. Upon noticing this I grabbed my luggage and want to the front desk where they credited my credit card and I left the hotel. Therefore, I cant speak to any of the other items above

The white bed spread cover was not very clean on either bed. They should be laundered after EVERY use like the sheets are. Especially, since people are more aware of health issue that come from non sterilized bedding. We were thankful we brought our OWN bed covers. The floor ( carpet) was not very clean either. When we arrived, we were not told by the gentleman who checked us in about all the amenities you had to offer. A little disappointing as we were the only ones at the front desk at the time.

The food was mediocre but sufficient. Staff was very friendly.

Eggs were overcooked. Restaurant has very limited hours.
