I liked that it was a central location close to everything

I didn’t like that the pool was closed until 5pm on Saturday and then closed at 9pm. The bathroom was dirty in my rooms. The housekeeping came to tidy up my room, did not take the trash, took the dirty towels, but did not replace them. I also ordered extra bedding and was told it would be brought to my room, and it never came.

there isn’t a door to turn on shower first. it’s a bit awkward! you literally have to get sprayed with freezing cold water just to turn it on.

Our room door was open when we arrived. The door is hard to close.

I hosted a prom send off for my daughter. We booked a Wellness Suite that provided plenty of space for hair, makeup, and getting dressed. The courtyard was beautiful, and although it was closed for upcoming remodeling management allowed is to use it for red carpet & balloon photography. We had food and balloons delivered with no issues. Additionally, or guests (friends and family) experienced no issue coming inside to take photos and playing a part in the send off as some hotels limit visitors in the rooms.

The restaurant food was delicious. The pool and hot tub was great! No towels though.

Was suppose to had a breakfast buffet but they were horribly short staffed. Had no air conditioning in our room. Complaining did get us anywhere.

I loved the spa area me and boyfriend spent a lot of time in the spa

Four points staff went above and beyond to accommodate my family and I. BOOKING tried having the hotel cancel my reservation for our suite bc they overbooked go figure and 4 points by Sheraton staff worked quickly saving the day and my daughter's birthday by helping get us into a double adjoining room. Breakfast buffet is work the price. Having a bar, pool and hot tub was a great feature. Rooms were spacious. Patio rooms. Will return directly through them next time bc of the phenomenal customer service.

Saturdays are very crowded at the pool. We stayed on a weekday with nobody there but on Saturday do to a birthday party we werent able to get a chair or use hot tub. If the pool is our main goal we will shoot for a weekday next time.

Terrible worst experience of my life .I was offended at this hotel, because the receptionist booked the wrong date, I went to explain to him that my reservation is already on Booking.com, he told me that I should leave because he had no rooms, and he charged me 2 nights on my card , he said he had only booked 1 night , I asked for a refund for the last day of the booking to leave the hotel , he said he could not do that because he did not book two nights , only one night , but I was charged on my card for two nights, he rudely asked me to leave the hotel, saying that I was lying that I booked two nights, that he would call the police. He offended me by saying ... if I didn't have money to leave at that moment. I was offended by saying... that I was lying about my name and documentation presented at the hotel. It was a horrible inconvenience what they did to me. They didn't accept a refund and told me to leave because they didn't have rooms and I only booked one night. Even so, they said they didn't have that two-day reservation there and only one day. And for me to contact booking I'm waiting to solve the case, I want my money back!
