Breakfast was great. Its tough to satisfy everyone. Choice was good. Staff was very gracious and helpful. DD's was just around the corner. Nothing wrong with your coffee but we like Dunkins. Had a good stay.
I think for the price everything was good. We were celebrating our 54th anniversary and enjoyed our visit.

The sofa bed didn’t have bedding for it separately so we had to ask the main desk who was wonderful getting us extra bedding.

This hotel was immaculate! The staff was friendly and accommodating and the room was spacious. Very good breakfast as well. Great. Bargain!

No hot tub, only fruit at breakfast was bananas, our bathroom door would not close, housekeeping did not come, one ply toilet paper.

B breakfast was great the room was great I guess the guests in the other room slamming doors at 12:00 in the morning wasn't great and the noise from the turnpike wasn't great but the hotel was very clean and work as a very pleasant and helpful I couldn't get internet and the first night of the second night I asked for help and the lady helped me but the facility is a very very clean and very pleasant
I I didn't like the door slamming and at 12:00 at night over and over again and I didn't like the turnpike I don't know anything it wants you but you have no control over that but maybe the windows could be have something on them

Facility is in the middle of a renovation. The floor we were on was completed. The room was very nice and spacious. Nice large TV.

The rooms were very nice and comfortable.
Would not have been so disappointed if we knew ahead of time that they were doing renovations so there was no hot breakfast or maid service.

We enjoyed our stay and will return. Breakfast was great. Beds very comfortable. We enjoyed the suite.
I did not understand what it meant to upgrade to a private bathroom????😳😳😳 I thought all rooms would have to have a bathroom and why to additional cost of 10.00 to get a private bathroom. Doesn't seem right to me.

Staff was great and the room was very comfortable.
They are renovating the rooms on the 2nd floor. After about 9am the construction noise was quite loud. This is of course temporary.

The rooms are clean, spacious, beds are very comfy and the toilettries (Dove) are wonderful ! Staff ao polite, patient and helpful.
It is a bit away from main highway we were on (295 N) but not really that bad

the staff was very friendly!
our bathroom had not been cleaned, the toilet was obviously dirty, and the smoke detectors were taped as if they were getting ready to paint. staff cleaned the restroom when we voiced concern

check in was great. Very nice staff. Breakfast was pretty good, nice variety. Quiet room, close to Freeport/Portland, Me. Indoor heated pool.
Room was pricy I thought. No discount for Military/Senior/AARP etc. Breakfast was ok except for almost raw, limpy bacon and mainly black mold spots in the bathroom by the tub.
