Clean and quiet.

The staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was warm and individually packaged. The room was quiet and the bed was comfy.

Hotel is well-kept for an older facility. Easily accessible and convenient to the people and activities that we were doing and seeing. I would stay again.

It is overpriced compared to some of the swankier hotels in the area. However, the price point, is fairly reasonable when compared to several hotels and motels that offer inadequate rooms at a lower price. Breakfast was all pre-prepared and microwaved. Below average but I came for the rest and slept fine. Ask for a backside of hotel room as Sunrise Highway never fully rests.

The location was good.

My room was not cleaned well. The furniture was dirty, and when I picked up the remote for the TV it was disgusting. It had some type of grime on it that was especially visible in the front between the control buttons. I immediately took the remote to the manager on duty at the front desk and showed him the remote. The manager didn't apologize or seemed concerned at the fact that my daughter and I touched some kind of substance on the remote. He grabbed a can of Lysol, sprayed the front of the remote, and handed it back to me. I was shocked at his lack of concern about the safety issue I presented to him. So I asked if he had disinfectant wipes, and he handed me one. I looked at him and said that I would like another wipe. He reluctantly handed me another wipe and proceeded to continue doing whatever he thought was more important than the health issue at hand. I mean, there wasn't anyone else at the front desk, so to be practically dismissed was unnerving. He barely even looked up at me. He just kept shuffling things around the desk. I used the wipes to clean the remote, and the black grime that came off made me sick to my stomach. I showed the manager, but he gave no reaction. I returned to my room overwhelmed and disgusted.

Primitive 27” Television from 1999. 20 year old mattresses on beds. Totally unacceptable at any price let alone A room priced more than 2X than should be .

I loved the staff, cleaning personnel, front desk and managers

Could use a little updating. But mostly shower area had a lot of black mold in the grout lines of the tiles. Shower head had calcification and mold that partially clogged the shower head. Soap dish very scummy and rusted. Air conditioner made noises like an airplane taking off in our room

stayed for 3 days. they never made up the room once. never brought fresh towels.

Breakfast was good. The room was relatively clean except some left-over food in refrig.

Curtains failed to block out light from the outside making it difficult to sleep!!!!!!!!!
