Hotel shuttle would make huge difference but only thing I can think of. Great hotel. Clean heated indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna. Great breakfast each morning and very close to canyons.

oatmeal was consistently too watery. someone was doing laundry very loudly several nights after midnight. noisy!

Couldn’t stream movies in hotel

Breakfast was great. Pool/spa hours were limited for children but 24/7 for adults = genius!

Booking.com gave the option for a king bed at a slightly higher price. Selected that option, but only queen beds were available, still charged the higher price.

loved the wooden feel and how close everything was to the hotel.

the only complaint wouldn’t quite be about the property. The staff wasn’t super friendly. There was one younger guy at check in that was great but the rest just stared at us.

We loved how comfy the beds were, the room was clean, and reasonably priced. it was an added bonus that the hot tub and pool stayed open, and the breakfast was actually pretty decent for a breakfast included situation. We intend to return!

Very welcoming, the staff and the decorations. Convenient to so many things. We walked to the Asian Bistro (very tasty), but could have walked to about 8 other restaurants. Our room was so comfortable and inviting.

1 out of 5 stars. An ear bleeding fire alarm sound went off in the middle of the night that blared on for some time with lights flashing. Woke me up with my heart jumping out of my chest and half scrambled to get my stuff on to see whether the hotel was actually on fire. Elevators were locked. Found the stairs eventually and went downstairs to front desk. Staff was not helpful or friendly or acknowledged me when i came up to the desk. The lady just stared as I approached and said nothing and looked at me with a blank stare. I asked what was going on. She said it was depressurizing of fire sprinklers and that the fire truck was on its way. No actual apology. Worst night of sleep and not planning on ever staying here again. Parking is also horrific. No parking available anywhere. Good luck on searching the entire block for parking. Terrible establishment overall.
