$28/day for parking. Room is very small, window is dirty. No free breakfast, they want to charge more money if check in before 4pm (we were there at 3pm and they won't check in), no room service.... Destination and tourism fees. Overall, never stay in this hotel again.

Great location, super close to SNA airport, lots of dining options around. Beds were super comfortable.

Not all elevators worked; also, we were told that traditional housekeeping is done on a third day of stay (we stayed 5nights) but that never happened.

Clean. Gym facilities were fabulous!

Parking fee was too high. I understand “everyone does it” in that area but I think $10 would suffice

The AC was not working the whole trip because it was one big block of ice.

Bed was to soft.

Very uncomfortable beds. The bathroom was not clean. Staff not helpful at all.

Change beds. Provide better training for staff

Very clean rooms. Nicely renovated. Wish we had time to try out the restaurant downstairs. It looked like a nice place to relax and have a few drinks.

Widows were very dirty on the outside which took away from how nice the inside was. Other than that, everything was very nice.

It’s brand new, fresh, good design, clean

Location is surroundings highways, so it is very noisy to sleep in the room, also the fire alarm blinking all the time in a dark room, so I need to cover it. That Asian lady on the reception was very rude and not friendly she act like she is a boss and you are the worker not she is a worker and I’m a client.

It is a stunning Hotel. They tried to add two unexpected charges. $24. for parking and $20 for something else. I said neither were expected or appropriate so they waved these charges.

Clean and well appointed room. Very nice/comfortable bed and pillows. Good bathroom and shower.

A little disorganized at front desk (not awful). Didn't hear about all the amenities (pool/gym).
