Closed to the cruise port, fairly clean. Receptionist was good & helpful

The restaurant staff was not good, one staff already took the bill, the other stopped us twice to ask for payment . This is really rude.

Nice facility but the check in was so bad that it soured us on ever staying there again

It took them 4 1/2 hours to check us in. We had a room but they claimed a new software system wasn’t working well. The lobby had people “hanging from the rafters” for hours. They were less than apologetic while they benefited from everyone eating & drinking in the bar as we couldn’t leave in case they got to our name. We have NEVER experienced anything like that. It was a mess

It was very convenient ahead of a cruise. The staff were pleasant

On arrival, on walking into the bathroom the sink was blocked with very dark brown water. A man came and unblocked it and was very pleasant about it and as he was leaving I asked whether somebody was going to sanitise it and that had to be ordered as a separate item. I found that quite unsatisfactory. My room opened on to a walkway to the swimming pool which was fine, however upon doing a final check just before going to sleep I realised that the patio door was unlocked. The repair man who came to look at it said that normally they put a piece of wood in the track to stop anybody from opening it! This was a known problem and my room had been unsecured four hours while I was out - and worse, could have been while I was sleeping. When I asked to speak to someone to escalate these matters, the receptionist told me to just leave a Google review .

It was close to the harbor and had a shuttle to the ship. Restaurant was beautiful and provided a nice breakfast.

The breakfast was amazing. However on the booking it said each person got a free breakfast but when I checked in they said only the first 2 got the breakfast and any extra had to pay $21 for breakfast

Being charge $100 for any extras on the room. We had room service which was extra but not $100 doors so when I got home imagine my surprise to find the free breakfast had been added and I didn't get a refund

Getting to the parking spot was a little bit of a hassle.

Bad communication. Booking.com emailed that hotel had canceled our reservation. I called hotel to inquire, they said no, our rooms were still reserved. Upon arrival Friday, found that our bookings were canceled, cc refunded. They did provide us rooms at HIG Torrance, far from Harbor. Staff there nice but not a good view.

I enjoyed my stay very much! Clean, comfortable, and so close to the Cruise Port. Staff was friendly and helpful. Building was very secure. Breakfast was really good, and great service in the dining area. This will be must go to hotel.in the future!

I especially appreciated the knowledge of Miguel at the front desk. He was very knowledgeable about Cruises and Hawaii, I also appreciated the text sent to me if I needed anything to reach out, I did reach out on a couple of occasions and your staff were very accommodating. The breakfast was delicious. Since neither my husband or myself eat pork it was great to have a turkey choice for breakfast. All the staff that I encounter were pleasant and accommodating,

I did not especially care for a non front desk staff trying to dismiss our cab.

The room was wonderful, and the check in was smooth, especially at 2 am.

That there wasn’t any room at all for us on the shuttle to the cruise port.

Bell Man is the best. He is friendly, knows the area, and helps everyone get on the shuttle fast and safe. Hotel is clean and safe. Very close to the ports. Any cruise out of San Pedro that I have, I will stay here.

I always forget to come in on a regular day to enjoy the odd shops around the area. If you hit the area on Sunday, many of the quirky shops are closed.

Restaurant was ok

No servicing of room. No fresh towels, no bed made, no emptying of rubbish bins, no replenishment of coffee and milk capsules, no vacuuming of floors. Sound proofing to next room inadequate as disturbed way into the night by noise from next door.
