Bed was comfortable. Bathroom roomy and clean Air conditioner was noisy. Tv was a little difficult to figure out. Did not appreciate that the property adds a $30 “convenience fee” then deletes it at check out. That was confusing. The neighborhood is sketchy at best. Would stay there again but why would anyone go to Schenectady if not necessary? Well there is a casino nearby

The rooms are spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The staff is friendly and I like that they had a free washer and dryer at the hotel! I will definitely stay again.

Breakfast was excellent. The service and staff were so friendly, helpful and prompt. Went extra mile.

The room was extremely cold from drafts through the window / wall, as I was on the ground floor. The room is definitely older, has not been updated for several years, but that was obvious from photos and reviews. Also, very loud at 4am., when a large group of 40+ travelers departed. They were all in construction trucks.

When I arrived to the hotel I was told there was no reservation in my name. I felt very embarrassed standing at the counter explaining myself in front my son. I was told booking.com never sent over the reservation to hotel. The hotel staff worked with me though the issue but the inconvenience of my time and effort was not what I was expecting from Booking.com.

The property was clean, quiet and very comfortable. Great location.
