The larger rooms are the reason I pick Staybridge when I travel. Loved the pool.
We were initially put in a smaller room than what I paid for. There were no pool towels. Breakfast was cleaned up a little early so when we arrived for the very end of breakfast, we felt we were in the way of the staff member cleaning.

it was clean. Zeus was amazing, when we arrived there was a completely difficult customer in front of us and he took care of her like a pro. amazing job.

The eggs were nice and fluffy, you had a variety of options which was nice.
I was disappointed that the pool area didn't have a hot tub it would've been nice to relax after a long day.

The staff was very friendly. The pool was opened, Nice and cleaned.
The room we booked had dirty dishes in the dishwasher, We had no towels (But a friendly staff member brought us some) The room was dirty, The previous guests threw up all over the sofa and nobody cleaned it up. There were big stains on the floor. and our linen on the bed was dirty and used, you can tell they haven’t been changed. there were old food from previous guests in the refrigerator and on the counter. and Hair everywhere.

no ice makers on each floor. there is an ice maker on the freezer but didn’t make much ice and took forever.

The lights from parking lot shined brightly into the room and the curtain did not close all the way.

Loved the setting and the fact that you could right off the dining room on the patio as well.
Fresh fruit such as strawberries, blueberries and melon. Using local food and vendor including coffee. Offering organic products and vegan morning star sausage. Pancake bar with different toppings and real maple syrup. Just was expecting a higher quality of food and in a more thoughtful presentation.
