Booking.com would not allow me to reschedule the reservation, even while i was standing in the hotel lobby. Booking.com told me to contact the property to reschedule but the property said booking.com reserved our room in a manner that could not be rescheduled. I will not be using booking.com again.

Another excellent IHG hotel - welcoming check-in staff, quiet room on the first floor, good facilities including a microwave; comfortable bed, clean room, convenient parking.

Everything; room was clean & comfortable. Bathroom and shower with dispensable soaps & shampoo. Breakfast was excellent; great variety of cold & hot foods. One of the best hotels I have booked.

Nice facility with plenty of space in the room.

Not much bad to write about here. If I had one complaint it would be that they Need to stock more towels in the room. We had two adults and two children with two bath towels. They will easily accommodate but why not just stock with 4 towels to start.

no parking. traveling with a 15 foot uhaul and trailer with a pickup on it. need more parking or warning your hotel doesn't allow trailers to park there.

Toilet was very loose. Also, sink in the bathroom and hallway got clogged up.

Your front desk staff employees were wonderful. Very kind and knowledgeable.

Random lady (im guessing was house keeping but wasnt dressed in a uniform of any means) entered our room without warning. I heard someone at the door trying to come in and then when she showed her face and saw mine, she walked back out into the hallway. i was shocked and looked down the hallway to see her talking to housekeeping. she came back to the room across mine but said something in spanish I didn’t understand.

Locationand it was clean. Bed was very comfortable.

There were some very rowdy and noisy guests in other rooms that were slamming doors and going up and down the hallway being very loud for several hours.

super clean and great location. Everyone was very friendly.
