Wrong decision to stay at this location

Beds were comfortable.

There were lots of kids and could hear them running and jumping in the room above us. It was NYE so when they stopped bouncing around by 9:30...all was quiet.

property was clean. staff was friendly

we got a jacuzzi room for our Anniversary and to get away for a night not too far from home. we work really hard & have 3 kids. very disappointed when the jacuzzi tub knobs fell off. only 3 of the 6 jet’s were working!

Had to move rooms because the bed was so uncomfortable, there was no heat in the hallway on the 4th floor and there was a sewage smell the last day

We like that it had a pool and a workout room and the staff was very friendly. You can have food delivered to your room

That you don't accept cash when people's credit cards were acting up. I had a problem with my credit card not going through this time and it has never happened before. I had to use my son-in-law's credit card to pay for my room and give him cash. And you did not have any meat at breakfast this time no sausage no bacon. Fruit or whipped cream for the waffles

Stayed in room 205 and this was a king bed room. The room had no fridge or microwave. My parents stayed in room 211 with double beds and they had a fridge very odd. My room hasn’t been throughly cleaned it was m&ms on the floor and trash behind the tv. It was also hair in the shower and shower door. Hotel didn’t give any wow factors and the breakfast was bland.

The only thing we liked about the hotel was the location.

This property needs improvement in every area. The rooms are dated. The carpet and furniture were very old, dirty and disgusting. We did not want to walk on the carpet without shoes on nor sit on the couch! There were signs of water leaks on the ceilings and walls. The breakfast was horrible and some items inedible. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
