The room was a studio not a one bedroom as the picture led me to believe. The first room was not clean..human hair on the floor in the bathroom...the fridge was dirty...and when we went to pull out the sofa bed there was animal hair all along the back of the sofa. My kids are allergic so they moved us to an allergen free room which was much cleaner.. but it was still a hassle to have to move our family of 5. The beds are really firm

The room was huge and spacious and very clean and comfortable. The noise level was almost none. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff is wonderful. They are very friendly and attentive. My door lock did not work properly. I made one short call and maintenance was there to fix it right away

My room was not close to an elevator, so I had some difficulty carrying my luggage up and down stairs.

Location was great. Staff was very nice.

The dining area for breakfast is gently worn and needs a redo. Safety bar to get in the tub is at the end where the toilet is next to it. Move the vertical safety bar to the open end of the tub. Thanks

the hotel was very well kept and clean

I can’t say there was anything I didn’t like about the property but we did have an issue while we were there with the compressor going out in the refrigerator. It kept waking us up often throughout the night with a loud sound. We let the manager know in the morning that there was an issue and they were very kind and compensated us for the inconvenience

Cleanliness and Location were great. The staff was super helpful with our needs, WiFi support, a bathroom door - loose hinge even accommodated a late check out we did not even use.

I think the breakfast & coffee bar could do a lil better. Out of Raisin Bran, and coffee bar would be nice if it had French Vanilla creamer.

I booked through an online service, and when my traveling family changed due to covid, I couldn't change my accommodations at the desk when I checked in. No big deal. Just would have been nice if she could have done it.

100% top notch. Staff was amazing from front desk to housekeeping. Very clean great showers and very comfortable bed. We stay in Mentor once a year and will not stay at another location again. Great value
