Clean, good breakfast and good shower pressure

Downlike pillows provided little support and mattress was very firm. This was not comfortable for me but that’s just my opinion.

Great breakfast.

I liked that it was close to where we wanted to go, but the room was terrible for the price I paid!!! I had to be switched to another room the first night because the refrigerator was not cold, the other room was in terrible condition! It had a way smaller TV and it was dirty. I took pictures. It did have a better Jacuzzi but it needs maintenance. Honestly, half of what I paid for that room is WAY TOO MUCH! I was very disappointed. It appeared as if someone removed the trash and made the bed and called it good. There was so much hair in that room. The filth around the jacuzzi tub was nasty! It was disgusting and made me very uncomfortable and I didn't want to sleep in that bed! I had already booked a two-night stay and I paid almost 400$ for a two-night stay I wasn't willing to waste any more money because I am not from there and I didn't want to risk it happening somewhere else also! I am not even the type to complain and rant about the little stuff, but I wish I would've just stayed home! That room was terrible 😕

PRICE, CLEANLINESS, ATTITUDE OF STAFF, EXCEPT FOR THE ONE THAT CHECKED ME OUT AT THE END, AND THE JACUZZI IN ROOM 102 NEEDS MAINTENANCE! THE COVER WAS OFF THE INTAKE FOR THIS TUB AND JUST SITTING ON THE COUNTER AND I DIDN'T REALIZE WHAT IT WAS, I HAD TO CLEAN THE TUB BEFORE I USED IT THE FIRST NIGHT, AND THE WASHCLOTH I USED TO CLEAN IT WAS BLACK!! WHEN I GOT INTO THE JACUZZI I GOT TOO CLOSE TO THE INTAKE JET, AND I STILL HAVE A BIG BRUISE ON ME FROM IT AND I CHECKED OUT ON THE 18TH! I AM OVERALL VERY UPSET ABOUT MY STAY AND IF I COULD GET MY MONEY BACK THAT WOULD BE GREAT BECAUSE IT WAS THE WORST STAY I'VE EVER HAD IN A "SUITE" I WOULD STAY ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!! I WOULDN'T STAY THERE AGAIN IF SOMEONE ELSE PAID FOR IT!!! JUST TERRIBLE OVERALL... OH YEAH, AND BLACK MOLD IN THE BATHROOM! SMH!!!
