Breakfast was good, the lady that runs it was great. She was friendly and courteous and made sure we had everything we needed.

The young men at the front desk could have been a little more friendly and welcoming.

The AC in our room was incredibly loud, woke us up several times while trying to sleep. Breakfast was not complimentary.

Location was great close to restaurants, shops and Georgia Southern. Rooms were clean, Staff was friendly.

While the bathroom was clean, they need to make a few minor repairs just for maintenance and esthetics.

The fire alarms went off twice on Saturday night. The fire department came out twice and we were evacuated twice from the hotel. Once at 1:10 am and the other at 4:05 am. We woke up the next morning and the fire alarms had been silenced but the lights were still flashing from them. My dad spoke to someone on the fire department and he said it was due to people smoking weed in the rooms. We wish the hotel had offered some kind of apology or complimentary breakfast but they did not. No maid service in the room or if they did the trash cans were not emptied and my parents room had baby oil still in the tub as if it was not cleaned. My parents are in their 70’s so I am thankful they did not fall.

The air/heat unit could not be regulated; thus, the air ran all night. The shade on one of the windows was broken, so a parking lot light shinned into the room all night. The Keurig coffeemaker was not working. The issues were reported to two staff members. We were told that “something would be done” for us. Nothing was.

I didn't like that I couldn't use the stairs but thats because im scared of elevators lol but I understand there reasoning 😊
