The Staff was friendly. The location to our families home in Monument was excellent.

The room I reserved was a KING bed, we were given a room with two Queens. There was a leak stain on the ceiling which was very offputting. The coffee maker is in the bathroom which is GROSS and it was so dusty that I had to clean it with a disinfectant wipe before using. There was literally three tissues in the tissue box!

Great location for access to the Air Force Academy. The facilities were clean and in good shape. The breakfast was outstanding with great warm and cold options to choose from.

There was absolutely no communication!! None! My grandchildren were hospitalized with RSV after being at my house. I was asymptomatic but reached out to both Booking.com and Fairfield In, directly, to ask if they were comfortable having me there even though I'd been exposed. Nothing. Crickets. I understand you have a business to run and money is the bottom line, but I asked about cancelation, then a voucher for a time when everyone is healthy. Even just to be told "I'm sorry... you're not really a guest we care about, your just money to us. I got nothing! No communication! Just a big fat middle finger and "let us charge your card"

Showers were HORRIBLE!!!! Hardly any water and TOILETs were horrible too!!! Had to wait five min before a double flush!! No extra toilet paper or Kleenex in room ! Had to wait at desk for a roll of toilet paper!! Breakfasts were bad too!! But staff was friendly and tried to be helpful!! Oops forgot.. the elevator made so much noise I thought I might get stuck and need to call for help

Friendly staff,beautiful place, had to empty our trash,ask for towels. The price for seniors was to expensive . The manager with the Southern accent is a keeper, take care of her!

My stay at Fairfield this time was not the best. Fairfield is a very nice hotel in a perfect spot on the outside of town looking towards the mountains. But some pretty bad issues we had with our stay was •Missing hangers and the iron from room, •The freezer is 45% iced over • Towels that have stains, rips, and patches missing. •Multiple holes in the sheets and comforter. •2 regular towels, a bath and 1 hand towel. We had to ask house keeping for more items. • huge dent in the bed. Doors are not properly installed. I really wish the hotel would’ve payed better attention to these things because in return it’s left me not happy with my stay.

It’s starting to show wear and tear. Elevator is clunky and somewhat dirty. Minimal service is really minimal.

The location was good, and our room was nice.

There was no service. We had to ask for fresh towels. The room was never cleaned. We were expected to ask for that service. This should never be the case no matter what.
