Could have better lighting and more plugs for charging phones

The cleanliness of the room and bathroom. It was right across the street from the venue we were going to for a concert

The price was a little high and didn't include free breakfast. When we checked in they didn't make us aware or have a sign out that the next day they would be testing the smoke alarm/fire alarm. When they went off it scared us and we hurried out of the building in a panic. The front desk attendant had a sign out by that time and said it was just testing. Wish the attendant had told us when we checked in the night before.

Staff was excellent, caring, and professional.

Had buffet. Hot food was not good. Fruit salad was soggy. Disappointed.

The pool was closed. Very disappointed as that was a big reason that we stayed there. Breakfast buffet was disappointing!

The price 😆 and the bed made was made with stain sheets on one bed the second bed no problem there. The towels was old and not white.

Everything when needed more towels they gave them to us. This is my to go place everytime we come to ft.wayne when we need to get away.
