Nice room. The people that I interacted with were very nice. That isn’t a common as it should be.

Friendly staff, especially Emma the desk dog. Free use laundry machines were very refreshing. The room was very spacious and had a well equipped kitchen for long term stays

Location and amenities in room.
The appliances were dirty. The top of fridge was especially unbelievably dirty as well as the inside between the racks etc was dirty. There was dried sauce of some kind left on the floor in front of fridge. No one could have possibly thoroughly cleaned the room. The inside and crevices outside of the toilet were dirty. Luckily I always carry cleaning supplies including disinfectant as I had to wipe down everything and the floor must not have been mopped because the lysol wipes I used showed so much dirt from the top of fridge, the bathroom floor and the main entrance floor. SEE PHOTO. It also smelled of dog on the room. There is usually pet hair of some sort in the blankets sheets. This grosses me out. I've stayed here many times before because location is great and I like the in room amenities but I have never had a room so dirty and paid so much. Normally just have the smell of animals and the random pet hair to deal with. 😞 Paid way too much money for all these issues. Please do better. Patrons deserve better.

We had the best time, our room was so comfortable, and it was the closest feel to being home. We had everything we needed and more. We look forward to visiting again!
Breakfast was fabulous, and everyone working was so nice and helpful.

The location was great. The room was super. I didn’t want to leave! Then to our surprise they had a thanksgiving dinner and the staff was great about everything.
The hot tub was out of order and I really wanted to sit in it.

The room had a few sticky spots on the Counters when we got there and the pool, while very warm was just a different level of nice than the rest of the hotel. Definitely needed some upkeep and I don't think the pool filter was working well because there were clumps of hair and some bugs in it. Also disappointed that the hot tub was out of service.

We booked a suite and the air conditioning did not work in the living room.

The room was nice and breakfast.
My towel had dried blood on it. I called the front desk and they said they apologize and to put the towel out fir house keeping to get it. I had to call customer service to have the situation handled properly. The front desk receptionist, O'Shea, is too friendly with teenagers. He didn't know I was behind my teenager while he was asking him where he's going and about to do. Then the teenagers went to the desk for an extra blanket. He gave them items for free while having too friendly conversation with them.

Booked a king suite, received a queen suite. The first room they gave us was already occupied. We walked into to somebody else's room and stuff. Hot tub was dingy

Location is very convenient, studios are efficient and have everything you need. Staff are all very friendly and accommodating.
The property is currently undergoing renovations, so there is some noise and some things were not available (Iike the pool). However, it's hard to penalize a place for improving!
