The kitchen, the size of the room, green grass aro

Loved the location! Across from the Mall and close to shopping and restaurants. Clean and friendly.

Small beds. Was difficult to sleep.

This facility had complimentary laundry facilities which was a real bonus after traveling for 3 weeks. Saved expense and time in having to do laundry

It was not the hotels fault but there were dog feces that other guests had not picked up on the grasses and even the sidewalk that you had to avoid when walking your pet or walking to load/unload your luggage. There also was no breakfast served due to Covid procedures according to the staff at check-in. Every other hotel we have stayed in during the past 3 weeks did serve breakfast though.

Staff was very nice

Bed was 6" from the wall. Made it difficult for the person on that side toget in or out of bed.

The room was very clean, it was nice to have some dishes provided and the dishwasher was very convenient. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, and the room was very quiet, I couldn't hear anyone next to me. The staff were very nice and helpful as well.

The blanket in the duvet cover kept falling out and was a pain to try to get it back in place. Our remote was pretty dirty in between some of the buttons, but other than that there really wasn't anything bad.
