Close to the beach
The room was tiny and not clean. There were termites in the room, and when I informed the property I was told I could be moved but the maintenance men had already told me that all the rooms had them so we didn’t ask to change rooms. Also even though we stated there would be 2 adults and a child in the room they only provided us with one large bath towel. And a couple hand towels. There was only one toilet paper roll provided and it was already used. These things should come stocked, I shouldn’t have to ask for them upon arrival. Unfortunately I would not return to this establishment.

Location was good close to the water
The rooms are smaller than in the pictures. They offered free continental breakfast but there wasn't one. They had a few granola bars, and a little bit of cereal. We just left and went to whataburger for breakfast. Decor is outdated and the upstairs walkways seem to need repair.

It was close enough to the USS Lexington. We were early and they let us check in. The pool looked clean. Nice view of the water.
We didn't have breakfast, just coffee. All my husband seen was cereal and we were ready to get on the road. Our room had a picture on the wall that was hanging side ways, we moved it and there was a hole in the wall. Big one too. The bedding was clean, I always check for bugs, but bed was hard. Floor was dirty. Keep shoes on. With all the amenities in the room, they could provide a coffee maker and coffee.

Slippery wet floors from the A/C's when walking to your vehicle to leave every day. Parking on the weekend is not even close to your room unless you leave your vehicle and walk or park outside the parking lot... Not even room for a 1500 pickup to park on the weekends. No iron or ironing boards in room and holes in the walls everywhere in my room... Can't speak for other's.

The property is located right by the beach, and it is less than a 5 minute walk to the water. Other than it’s location itself the air conditioning was also pretty could in the rooms and the bed was comfortable.
The building itself seemed a bit outdated and in need of refurbishing. The rooms themselves where also a bit dirty, with sand and im our case a few bugs and dust. Our blinds where broken, there was rust on a few items in the room like the sink, bathroom shower and hangers. Our mini fridge and microwave where also outdated and didn’t really work too well for our food. The toilet was always running in a constant flush and the shower was also set in reverse with cold being hot and hot being cold, and the curtain didn’t really hold back water at all.

Property was dirty and rundown. Tiles broken, water standing by doors. Bugs in room crawling on walls. Woke up to a water leak from ceiling our last day.

the room looks like it’s falling apart like something out of a horror movie with parts with of the ceiling missing and the paint on the walls missing, the shower curtain doesn’t hold the water in so water gets all over the floor.

gentleman at the front counter was very nice, but old man made us feel like he was watching is. stands outside of building watching everyone.

There was a hole in the wall like someone's head hit it... And the luggage rack was broken.. ocean view was a bit deceiving we weren't that close to the ocean. Elevator smelled bad..

Didn't have any breakfast due to it wasn't being served when we left. The price for the hotel was good.

The location was the only remarkable thing.
Building and room look old (kind of creepy I´d say). Cleanliness in the room is definitely something that has to be taken care of. Price vs value was disappointing. Room assigned for 2 adults and 2 children was not comfortable at all. Bathroom was dirty, old and too small. I definitely do not recommend this place as it is today.

It was near the beach and right when you go over the corpus bridge.
The hard bed and uncomfortable room beds were a full size and very hard to sleep on I've been having back pain since we left also the room was very small felt very uncomfortable and claustrophobic but if you're going just to stay for a night it's okay just wouldn't stay there again breakfast could have been better.

With a beachfront location you have to adjust expectations. The building is weather worn but so are the other motels in the area. Had a weird woman in a room near me but that’s not the motel’s fault. Plenty of families staying there.
