Room appeared clean, it was quiet

The room had a bad odor to it

Pool is closed during the day, til 5pm. We stayed here because we wanted to have a pool to swim with granddaughter in. That informatio should be on website

Liked that the hotel gave good access to the interstate but provide ample choices for dining

Clean and comfortable, stayed here last February (2022) for state wrestling competition, the location, cleanliness and comfort of the room was so nice we decided to book the same hotel for the tournament this year. Glad we did! Thank you!

Breakfast was ok...

Only 1 room on first floor…that room had a door jam that had clearly been forced with a crow bar. The heat had been set on 90 so the room was oven like. The WiFi was not working.

the rooms were large and clean. beds were comfortable.

when we came to check in at 9:30 pm there wasn’t anyone at the front desk. We waiting over 15 minutes and I even tried to call the front desk and no one answered the phone. The employee then proceeded to walk out of an office right off the front desk so we know he heard us standing there. There were also 3 other separate guests standing there waiting for different things.

exceptional staff, super polite

when we were ready to leave our door would not open to get our bags, due to dead battery in card reader. front desk, GM, and others were called to assist. eventually a crow bar was used.we were delayed until after 2 pm. which caused us to miss our next travel arrangements and pay for different lodge.
