It was close to downtown Helen.

The room was dirty. The AC unit had so much dust. The bed had stains and the floor too. It was gross.

Good location with family suites

The property felt old and needed updating. The price was high for the condition of the hotel.

Friendly staff and the breakfast was very good

Breakfatst was ok, coffee was fresh all the time .

Room carpet was very dirty, also bed sheets dirty too. They need to renovate.

Breakfast was great. Loved that we had a balcony. Pool was small but great for the kids. Staff was nice and helpful.

Within walking distance to everything

There was nothing sweet about our suite, other than it was quite roomy. The inadequate overhead light in the living room couldn't mask the level of uncleanliness that greeted us...enhanced by the smell. A mix of dirty feet and moldy cheese is a fair description. My bags stayed on the kitchenette table. Nobody in their right mind would sit on that stained, stinking couch to watch TV. The wall and baseboards around the air return was nasty. The bathroom smelled of urine. The carpet should have been replaced decades ago. The only slightly acceptable portion of the room was the bedroom, which was still sketchy. I pulled one of the kitchen chairs into the bedroom so my husband and I could at east sit and look out the window. I asked the front desk receptionist if someone could put air fresheners in our room or a can of Lysol, but she was apparently too busy making parking passes to inquire as to WHY I might be needing them and my request was ultimately ignored anyways. I felt dirty and in need of a hot shower when we left, and ever so glad to get to our next destination.

Very clean, comfortable, excellent location within a short walk to everything in Helen. Peaceful view of the river from our balcony!

The mini fridge defrosted before our arrival and was not cold to keep our lunches in.

The property was amazing! It was beautiful, clean and a great location! the staff was also extra friendly!

The only thing I can think of to change would be the breakfast. It wasn’t bad but a wider selection of hot food would have been welcomed.

Very spacious and well worth the price

The tub had to be monitored closely to get temperature right. Bed was very hard/stiff, prefer a softer bed.

Cleaning inside and out

the front staff was always friendly, especially Ryan who worked like crazy answering phones and running around to clean and make cookies for the front desk. The breakfast was good selection of hot and cold foods, and location was great.

the room felt so dated and the blinds were ridiculous for blacking out light. I attached a picture of what our room looked like at 5:30am with the outside lights coming in. We weren’t trying to rise with the sun, so that was disappointing how bright it was in there. Also several stink bugs found in the room which was annoying to deal with. The staff said there wasn’t anything they could do about the bugs.

walls were paper thin heard dogs barking all afternoon and when owners got in after midnight continued to bark.

Close to everything and far off the main road.

Only stayed one night.

Everything is so affordable, breakfast is very good and staff is nicely
