The room was very nice.

They need to better monitor the pool area and quiet hours. The pool had quite a few unregistered guests which made it really crowded. Kids and teens were running around in the halls and super loud at midnight. No parents in sight.

I liked the pool area and the bed was comfortable.

We had to wait to check in due to the receptionist chatting away with a security guard. The room would be nice if regular maintenance was kept up with. The toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall causing a big dry wall mess. The other party that we were staying with room flooded. No one ever came down to look at it or clean it up. There are only 2 elevators making the wait time very long. We went to the pool area but had to wait in line due to it being at capacity.

The pool area was absolutely perfect for our kids’ ages. The staff was incredibly helpful! Coupons from staff were amazing!

Mixed communication- breakfast “coupons” but everyone actually got it free— glad I didn’t pay for the upgrade option! The restaurant took literally forever to receive food and waitress forgot over five items. Extra comforter for pull out bed not on room as stated, but staff brought immediately. Two shampoos in room instead of a conditioner- maybe this isn’t incorrect.

Truly nothing was positive. This place is only concerned about revenue, not the patrons they claim to want to accommodate.

Lack of communication by the manager specifically. He was given a direct voicemail twice and two front desk staff hand written notes of our outreach. Apparently he's too important and too busy to even speak with guests after they're reservation has passed. In my opinion, a true coward of conflict and resolution, he has zero skill to speak with PAYING or continued future potential customers, very cowardly, unprofessional, appalling that he's in a hospitality role and ironic he lacks people skills.

This refers to the pool. Uncomfortably cold. Both days. Even lifeguards had towels wrapped around them please heat. Difficult to enjoy crawdaddy water park

The main pool wasn't operational. That's the whole reason we booked that time there with suites and brought kids. I ended up getting a bit off my bill, but I would have just canceled the whole thing if I had known ahead of time. They said it would be fixed the next morning...it wasn't. So we were never able to use the pool and waterslides which is what the small ones wanted to do.

We love the decor, the room, the POOL. We just finished up a long road trip and this was the best place we stayed! Much better value than most hotels.
