NO HOT BREAKFAST, DARK PARKING need more lightings.

The location was convenient and the staff was very friendly.

There were other customers smoking pot at the hotel. You could smell it in the hallway. It was disgusting.

The checking stafff was pleasant when I checked in. We liked the location of the hotel. We appreciated that they offered continental breakfast in the morning.

Spent Thursday through Tuesday and not one time did I get housekeeping. I was told you have to request it I did so on Friday around 1:00 p.m. and they said the staff was gone for the day. I requested for Sunday since I was told they only do every 4 days. Came back to a dirty room. Each time we need to towels we had to go downstairs for it we took out our own garbage. Monday morning they decided they would do housekeeping however it was raining and cold outside so we turned it down because I did not want to have to go out in the rain so that we could get her room cleaned. Then we left Tuesday morning. That was disappointing because we have stayed in the Hampton before and had a much better stay in other states.

We appreciated the male mgr who made sure our room was ready when we arrived.

The woman at the desk, she did not help or know anything.

We liked breakfast and the room seemed clean. The location was also conveniently located to see Saint Joseph and also the wineries in Baroda.

The value - the hotel is not anything special and for over $200 a night I was expecting something nicer (pull-down shade in the room was broken, floor tiles in the bathroom are all cracked, shower floor is stained from dirt/use … ) the bed was also stiff as a board.

The room had a moldy odor that hit you as soon as you entered the room. Even with the A/C it was uncomfortably humid. It was fine for 1 night but I wouldn't feel comfortable staying longer.

Roof was leaking in a few spots. Breakfast bar was just OK. Blinds in room did not close slept with window blinds open all night

The breakfast was great ! They were out of waffle batter both days I stayed, but they had plenty of other items.

Staff was friendly.

- Shower was either cold only or hot only. - Some furniture was broken. - A/C was smelly and very noisy.

the internet said it had a pool but it did not. That was disappointing.

The breakfast choices were excellent! The front desk staff were extremely welcoming and gave assistance (additional towels were needed), without hesitation. The location was easy to locate (right off of I-94).

The noise from I-94 was constant (throughout the entire night). The chairs in the room were stained! and the room looked as if it had not been vacuumed (wrappers were on the floor).

The staff was pleasant and helpful.

Air broken on first floor. Poor breakfast. Pool not available and apparently hasn't been for months. Should be informed when booking.

The lobby was hot. The room was nasty. The bedding was dirty and I found a toe nail clipping in the bed. The water took forever to get hot for a shower and the breakfast tasted like it was left over from last week.
