The buffet was very very bad I felt my money was wasted. Was so disappointed.
Cold eggs. Minimal amount of fruit, French fries for breakfast potatoes, make your own waffle. For this our bill was 75.00 with tip. Unacceptable.

Staff front desk really rude 😒 and they give me a room with broken door 🚪 take more then an hour to fixed it, the receptionist doesn't saying anything about it 😑.

We arrived every early on the 29th of April. I walked into the hotel to make sure we had reservations. The lady at the
reception desk seemed to be very putout that we were checking on our reservations. She did check on our reservations and told us that check -in was between 3:00 and 4:00 pm. I told her I understood but could she either text or call us when our room was ready. She said she would, and we did receive a text around 1:45pm. The gentlemen checking us in at the reception desk in greeted us with a smile and seemed happy we were staying with them.

The staff was kind and friendly
There was hair in the bathroom from previous guests.... The toilet didn't flush properly and ran ALL night and kept me from sleeping.

The stay was great but every time I go inside the bathroom I would see a lot of ants & a few pinchers running around on top of the sink. I realized there was a pipe underneath the sink so I’m guessing that’s where the ants where coming from

The food served in the evening is of limited range and sophistication meaning it is almost essential one seeks dinner outside the hotel.

We liked that we were really close to the golf course. The bed and pillows were comfortable.
Availability of water. The bathroom has a glass barn door that is noisy. Not enough cups for coffee or tea. When we asked, the staff was not too friendly.

We loved the location and size of the pool. We liked the multiple fire pits and outside area with games/additional seating.
The front desk and restaurant/bar staff were great, they were helpful and listened when we had concerns.
We chose this hotel based on previous ratings, but overall we were disappointed. I don’t usually give reviews~much less bad reviews but this has to be said.
Poor pest control:
We found ants in the bathroom. We reported the issue. Then we found more aunts on the tv table and side tables. Then we found more aunts that had gotten into a box of crackers.
With each instance, we called the front desk. We reported, and then the staff brought us a can of raid. Which I used to spray the outside door because we were on the bottom level.
Now this wouldn’t have been too much of an issue, but then we found a huge cockroach in the hot tub, and more in the fire pit near our room.
And my kids found more ants in the snack area when they were picking out snacks and using the microwave. They reported to the front desk as well.
We were given a $25 dollar “gift card”, as a sorry for the pest issue. Honestly, the hotel has a pest issue and it really wasn’t taken seriously at all. We left no trash in our room, we would add it to a trash can outside the door so housekeeping would pick it up and the ants wouldn’t come in.
Microwave:
We didn’t have one in our room, we had to use the common one in the snack area. Ok, not a huge deal again, but when you find ants in the common area…you really don’t want to use that area/buy stuff from there.
Bedding:
We found stains which looked like blood on the comforters. We asked for new bedding…they dropped off comforters and each was stained and not lightly…large dark stains. We called the desk again and reported, they brought us new comforters and those were ok.
Toilet paper:
One roll in our room and we had to call for more…twice. They only brought one roll at a time and we were a family of four, staying 5 days.
Housekeeping:
Slow to respond-several hours to pick up/drop off
I’m not worried about ants, we gets lots of ants in the summer…but roaches and heavily stained comforters…just not a good look.
