My room bathroom was very cramped. The shower door and the commode entirely to close is the only observation

The kindness of Ms chazitee and the cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional.

The t v wasn't working when checking in. The front desk clerk immediately addressed it and it was fixed within 5 min.

The staff was very nice and professional.

The side door slams really loud. We were located on that side of the building. So we could tell when someone entered or left.

The rooms were surprisingly spacious and extremely clean. Centrally located to New Bern center- about a 5 min drive, with plenty of well lit parking

I requested handicap accessibility or a room on the first floor. Received a response back that my request would be honored but once I reached the hotel the staff said they didn’t see my accommodation request since I booked through a third party. That’s not the customers issue but a communication issue between the third party and the hotel. Once hotel staff was aware of the request they should try all they can to provide superior customer service instead of blaming it on “I don’t see anything in our system”. Somebody directed my mom opposite of the elevators. Had her walk extra steps she didn’t need to. This could have been avoided had we been placed on the first floor. We were put on the 4th floor with a bathroom not handicap friendly. The toilet was very low with no rail to help pull a person up. My 2 year old hated to stand in the shower when she is used to a bath tub. Also note the king bed could not fit three people like a California king bed in other hotels. I was frustrated with the room.

Mattresses

I liked the location. It did have a pool.

It was adequate. The room and its cleanliness was adequate. The breakfast was adequate. The desk people were nonchalant. The breakfast ladies were friendly. Just adequate. Around the pool was not clean.

I think the room could use some updating. The toilet ran all the time, the air conditioner was very loud. The pool Area also could use some updating and cleaning! There were bugs and band aid the chairs looked they were from a conference room the were cloth
