The king bed in #215 was very comfortable. Room seemed a little small.

Room#215 room seemed small. The bathroom sink had hair in it. The king bed & pull out sofa in #217 was very uncomfortable. The dining area was very warm, uncomfortable sitting in as it was very hot in the room. Alot of the breakfast items were not available because the machines were down due to needed repair, such as the juice machine, and a couple others but have forgotten what ones they were.... ran out of waffles at 9am. Just a poor experience and I would not return if you cant serve a breakfast that is promised on your advertising. The room temperature is a whole other issue.

The pool was closed. That's why we booked it. The pool we had to walk to was a complete dump.

Good breakfast, clean room and comfortable bed.

A/C controls were too complicated, making to the room too hot or cold.

Nice staff, clean rooms the fact it was a pool area that was clean....breakfast served my mom enjoyed that!!!

Staff were awesome starting with check-in!! Breakfast was really good I was surprised at everything that was offered on the buffet.

Staff was very nice and helpful when notifying them of room condition. Lobby was clean and inviting.

We had 2 rooms. One room extremely dirty appeared to have bugs. Place is in desperate need of makeovers. Second room had stain on sheet and when you pulled up mattress dead cockroach, toys and makeup on floor. Management needs to put money into rooms. Carpets looked old and dirty.

cold breakfast! cheese omelet with solid cheese is not tasty!! sign in bathroom stated leave linens on floor,we did. came in no fresh linen. staff informed me they did rooms every other day. ask for fresh linen, staff said “I” could come get it!! she did bring up linen!

only reason I chose the hotel was because it was the only one that had a hot tub . got there only to find out it was broken. and they charged me even more money . booking.com had already charged me fees and all and then the hotel charged me more fees . they were supposed to call me to get it fixed but they didn’t and didn’t even show care .

that they over charged me extra fees and the hot tub was broken. and the room was dirty when we went in it. and stains were in the blankets
