High ceilings in the room were very nice.
The bathtub was not sloping it was level so water would pool and collect and not drain leaving the room smelling like mold/mildew. There were fruit flies everywhere in the room. It was gross. The facility needs improving.

The location was in very close proximity to the event we were going to. The carpeting throughout the place appeared to be new. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The water pressure was not the best for a shower but we made it work. Sound travels through the doors which could be annoying depending on the time of day. Possibly going to solid core doors would solve that problem. Neither problem would keep us from staying there again.

good breakfast, but the containers that the sausage and eggs were in did not keep it hot enough.
The indoor pool was sooo cold. You need to get a heater so the water temperature will be at least 75 degrees.
The mattress was not comfortable at all. They need to be thicker for better comfort and sleep.
the shower head needs to replaced . It sprays water everywhere.

The staff is horrible. I asked for towels, tissue and my room to be cleaned. The manager name Samantha assumed I was talking to her staff and I was clearly on my phone while my significant other was talking to House keeping and she told me and my wife to get out of her hotel. I got my belongings and went to the front to be greeted by a male who clearly stated that he would hit my wife with a two piece when she asked him to not to walk up on her. From that point we called the police. The police came and clearly stated that every time she works it's a problem. The officer Walls clearly stated that.

I liked the location and the bed, TV /cable. Some of the staff were nice.
First of all when we arrived, our room was not ready so we had to wait 30-40 minutes to check in. The lobby had no AC, some of the coffee & beverage stations were not maintained or kept up. There was water leaking from the pool area out towards in the hallway near the Fitness room. No water in the fitness room. It was very loud we could hear the people upstairs & in the hallway. No fan in the bathroom.
I understand it was holiday Labor Day weekend, but Overall not worth the 220+ that we paid for the night.

Breakfast room was super-hot. I had no idea why they could not turn off the heather. I had to ask for coffee multiple times. Also, Coffee had unfiltered coffee beans, When I asked what was happening, I was told that they did not have the correct filters.

Parking was sparse. Table set up and counters for breakfast were untidy.

The bed was so comfortable we had a great sleep. The bathroom was super clean. The free coffee was wonderful.
The pillow cases and sheets were all crumpled so looked scruffy but they were clean. The breakfast plates were all styrofoam so really bad for environment

Stayed for 3 days and the room was never made.
Never received new towels.

Quiet, comfortable room.
The woman at the desk on 7/27 at 4pm greeted us with a matter-of-fact statement that our reservation didn't exist, that they were sold out and no "I'm sorry." I said that I had made the reservation months ago and had already paid and I went to the car to get the paperwork. She looked at it, did a little more searching, and finally found the reservation.
She never apologized and, honestly, her poor customer service attitude stayed with us the rest of our stay. The facilities were great, but the front face of the hotel is the most important thing.

Location to town center of New Buffalo
Stayed there three other times and enjoyed our stay. This time the hotel needs a remodel. Only one elevator was working. The room smelled musty. Staff was not very friendly.

Close to everything we were visiting
A little pricey for the stay. The room could have been cleaner. All the mirrors looked like they had stuff all over them. And the bathroom counter. My husband and son went swimming at the end of the day. There were no towels, so he called the front desk, but he was told to call me and have me come get them and bring them to the pool because they were the only staff member there. But when I came down, there were two of them. Definitely would not stay here again.

Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast! There was hot sausage and fresh eggs. The room was nicer than I thought it would be based off of the pictures. The staff was friendly and checkin and checkout was simple and quick.
