Convenient of location.
Maybe the carpets need to be updated, everything was great. I only a one issue there was a smell in the room but I think it carpet nothing they could fix for me that day. After a while I forgot about it.

Absolutely NOTHING
The WORST place I have stayed at, will NEVER return. from the room you can hear the people upstairs, the people next door and every car/truck in the parking lot. WIFI and TV wasn't working for over 24 hrs after I made the front desk aware. They were waiting on a call back form the vendor, yeah right.
No one seemed too concerned. There is a lot more that is wrong with this place, but I am busy. I am telling everyone at work and at any other conversations to Warn people of Towneplace and Marriott

The way overpriced refrigerator made so much noise in the room couldn't sleep had to unplug it the night person told me that we would take care of that in the morning because I was overcharged and then the lady another lady comes in and very rude and just not nice and naughty never going to go there

I liked the pool.
Upon check-in, we were charged an additional $340.00. The front desk person was rude, zero help. We had to wait 2 days to speak to a manager. We had a 3 night stay. The erroneous charges have still not been resolved. We will never stay there again and we stay in Odessa once a month.
