I love the location

I was not provided a proper bed. I booked a king size bed and was given a sofa bed.

The location was great. Close to every thing, very accessible location. Location is literally in the backyard. The breakfast was nice and hotel clean . Housekeeping was sweet

The front desk staff was beyond rude and unhelpful. Had a mix up with or reservation and they acted as though it was a problem. It had 2 guest instead of 3. Also it's a horrible set up how many elevators you have to take to get to your room it was a total of 3 from the garage to room.

The location

The room was dirty and dusty. The bathroom had mold stains and the shampoos and body wash dispensers were empty. I notified the hotel and they never fixed the issue. The hotel puts guest that book through a 3rd party in rooms that are not well kept. I'm a Hilton honors member and did not feel taken care of

My honest only negative,, I Would have to Say with Outstanding discomfort,, The parking Garage Needs more security as well More Lighting.. Remember.. it’s Philadelphia,, That One security guard at that booth., is barley Awake after the hours of 9-10 pm.. Please add More lighting and personal,,, Thank you,, Hilton family,, Mr. Clark.. 🤙🏾

We enjoyed being directly on the water. However that had its negatives also.

Apparently it was peak wedding weekend…although the people attending the weddings were nice it was extremely busy and loud!!!

Nice Hotel, location is great for getting around Philadelphia, a subway stop is 10 mins walk away but walking into Center City takes 20-30 minutes and we did that most days, The pool was very nice and rooms were clean and tidy. Would recommend staying here but be aware of fees not stated on booking (see the negative part section)

Had issues with payment and cost, although Booking.com states $100 damages fee to be taken and returned upon check out, it is actually $100 PER NIGHT, we stayed 8 nights so the original bill was a lot higher then anticipated and left us with less spending money then expected so be weary of the fees and budget for them. Other than that the hotel was good

Hotelzimmer nicht sauber, Teppich riecht schlecht. WC ist sehr veraltet und wurde nicht erneuert. zwei Aufzüge waren defekt als wir dort waren. Das Frühstück war ok.

The location was perfect, right on the water, and about 8 - 10 minutes from attractions..

We had to take 3 elevators to get to your vehicle,the rooms were dusty and outdated, A C did not work, in our room,we switched rooms twice, the key cards did not work properly when leaving the property. It was not warm enough outside, so restaurants and other attractions were not open on the landing,which is completely understandable and would be THE only reason anyone should stay here.

The bed sheets are covered with dust.

Nice hotel that is within walking distance to many historic places.

The hot water in the shower. If you don't get up early, the water will be luke warm and barely trickle out of the showerhead. Pretty bad for a Hilton.

I like the location

The bath tub and sink was filthy. Look like someone poured coffee into the sink and left it there. The AC was filthy and the filter fell off. There was no soap,washing rags and no working phone.

Beautiful view, prob better with nicer weather. Great location and easy to find. Parking attached to the hotel was a big plus and the restaurant is a nice addition.

The fees associated with the room and parking charges for guests when the room rates are high.

When we booked our trip it was a breakfast included package. We then we’re told that it wasn’t included after we had already ate. The breakfast was not great and EXTREMELY overprice! 116.00 dollars for a subpar meal.

Our room smelled like marijuana, and I tried calling the front desk 4-5 times but any and all calls were unanswered. I let the desk know upon check out and all she said was thanks for letting me know.

The room was very comfortable after coming back from a concert. The restaurant was also really, really good. I had the grilled cheese and it was bomb. Our waiter, Antwan, was also *the most* diligent and attentive server I think this planet could offer. He's incredible; he even gave us free breakfast vouchers when he noticed our check-in time was severely delayed.

I was told check-in was at 4. I checked in at 4 and the man at the desk said my room wasn't ready yet. He wrote down my last name and phone number and told me he'd call me whenever my room was ready. I did not ever receive a call. It wasn't until I went back up to the desk at 5:20(!!!) that the new employee told me that my room *was* ready. She said I wasn't 'checked in' even though he said he did. This caused unnecessary stress for my stay; I wish he would've just given me a time estimate to come back up to the desk instead of writing down my phone number for a call that never came.

The rooms are so outdated. They were barely clean. They didn't tell me I had a connecting room, which I did not appreciate. I also want to mention that there are zero USB plugs in hotel room, and half the outlets didn't work. It was definitely busy, but you would think they would have prepared for the crowd. I always thought Hilton was an excellent company and hotel chain, I may have to reconsider staying again. This place is only good for location.
