The staff was great. Esteban and Eli were so helpful and patient. The pool and amenities with the happy hour and breakfast was great for the family.

The breakfast was amazing, especially the mini quiche. They had many choices from cereal to pastries, fruit, and eggs. I’m a Cookie Monster so any place that has free cookies automatically gets bonus points. I felt like I ate 23 cookies but it was probably closer to 12. The location was decent. Not on the beach but a 5 or 10 minute walk up the street will get you there. Also, happy hour was awesome, free wine and cheese and crackers. Perfect for a pre-dinner snack, and also free bike rentals….Need I say more? Lastly, the staff was next level customer service. Everyone was so nice at all hours of the day/night, especially the homey Diego
Hard to complain since they upgraded me to an extra large suite. I mean I guess if I had to pick something I would say that maybe the decoration in this particular room was a bit dated and could use some upgrading but again, it’s hard to complain when you’re in such a large room as big as a full apartment with a kitchen and full appliances.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, they were happy to answer our questions and provide anything we needed.
It was tough to get a full nights sleep on the sofa beds. They seemed a bit worn.

Loved the staff- they were so nice.
Loved the fantastic breakfast, loved having coffee all day, happy hour every afternoon
walking distance to harbor and pier and State Street.
The actual rooms have a very retro motel vibe but are spacious and comfortable. Shutters on the window were great for privacy which is needed with the way the motel style walkway is set up.
The photos in the listing give a different impression of what it will be like- reality is less “grand” and it is not quite at the beach- the pool is very small but we felt we had it to ourselves a lot which made up for it. Still loved staying here and highly recommend it!! But better to know what you are getting. It was expensive but the staff and the treats and breakfast were a great perk. Room was difficult to get to with several stairways. The staff did not offer to bring the luggage to the room which was odd.

The continental breakfast was one of the worst I've seen. Not much effort in presentation. Very cramped area, and not a very good selection of items.

Having to go next door for ice, having to carrie our heavy luggage to the third floor, On line advertised as a Great Breakfast, it was a continental witch included prepackaged hardboiled eggs it was OK not Great as advertised. Staff was Very Nice!

The Staff was Extremely Friendly!! They where so Kind to Upgrade our Room & also had a Bottle of Champagne 🍾 chilling for us, as They where aware we are here Celebrating Our Anniversary!

Had a brief issue with the shower not draining but they sent someone right away to fix it.

mickey at the front desk was nice and very informative the jacuzzi free bikes and the free wine was nice!
the free champagne was very thoughtful!
i didn’t like the fact that i was disturbed at 8 AM by a (maintenace workers) not the housekeeper and asked if i was checking out however checkout wasn’t until 11 AM!
after that me and my wife were trying to have romantic time but they kept disturbing us by slamming things and making lots of loud akward banging noises in both rooms that sorrounded us.
made it very uncomfortable and unpleasant till the time we checked out.
felt like they might had been listening to us i dont know
however i left very irritated and felt like we were targeted for no apparent reason!

The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The free use of the bikes was a fantastic touch and the breakfast and afternoon treats such as the cookies and wine was a very pleasant addition. Would definitely stay here again and certainly recommend it.
