The people who own or run it are good people who strive to do the best possible for the guest

The area is a lower level area with people who are homeless hanging around throughout the night and also some activity of individuals crossing throughout the parking lot going through dumpsters and looking for things.

Everything. Moldy food in the microwave, roaches, duct tape holding the shower head together need i go on.

I was first put into a dirty room, that was smoking. I had to pay an extra $25 to get a non smoking “king” room just not have a smoking room. Bugs, gross smelling, just a basic paint coat would help. the floors were leaking water between the cracks of the bathroom. The first night barely any hot water and it was a scary place in the back of the hotel.

The bed was made and comfortable.

The room was dirty. Had trash in the floor and the bath tub looked recently used it was still wet and had dirt all in the bottom. The light switches were broken and the wall had black duct tape covering a hole in it. The lock on the door was broken other wise it was an ok room.

The whole entire place was run down. There were homeless people in the back where our rooms were and would not move to allow us to get upstairs. When we finally got into our rooms, the rooms smelt like people were doing drugs in there. The bath tub had mold every where on it and the walls and floors were disgusting.

I had a late check in in the receptionist that checked me in worked overnight. She was very nice and efficient. When I had an issue with my room they were very prompt with taking care of my towels. Also, rates were very affordable.

I'm not very high maintenance, however, this "felt" one of those moments where you get what you pay for. My room has several spill marks on the walls. Towels had hair on them and appeared dirty, pre-used.

This is the worst place I have ever stayed. It really shouldn't be open for business. The first room I was given had a large hole in the wall which when I moved the plastic trim allowed a family of roaches to scatter out and around the room. It was filthy, flies everywhere and gunk and wrappers in each bedside locker as well has rodent droppings in drawers.

I left so quickly I never got to take any pictures but when I was moved to a new room it was only slightly better. There was no frame around the door in the bathroom, the extractor fan was exposed with the cover sitting on the towel shelf. There was obviously smokers in the room with residue on the ceiling. No smoke alarm, exposed wires and what looked like faeces smeared on the wall. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! They staff by the looks of it are con men. They take your review, make it look like they will fix it but really it's more like sticking duct tape over a wall cracked in half. Drug addicts shooting up with needles outside our rooms and very evident staff know as they have one black light to try and stop it but again of no use. This place should not be advertised on booking and should honestly be condemned.

The room was dirty, multiple things in the room were broken, bugs everywhere. Door looked like it was already kicked in so it wouldn’t shut probably. Overall just did not feel safe.

staff were rude I mean worst then rude it felt like staying the night in a hood movie . I would not recommend to any family or cpl .One would have to have very lil money and no where else to go to tolerate that. I’ll forever feel awful for bringing my loved ones there
