Everything!!!

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The TV worked and had plenty of channels. Air condition was working just fine.

The breakfast had mostly pre-packaged foods like waffles and pancakes and yogurt, with some fresh fruit. It would have been nice to have some more fresh food.

Has a strange smell and the chair in the room has some stains. The room got super cold and there was no where to turn the heat up.

I only like the lady house keeper, she is friendly and has good customer relations. The young man new staff”Indian gentle man” is also humble

The manager is rude and doesn’t know how to handle customer complaints. The room was not cleaned for the whole week I was in not even changing bedsheets and cleaning the bathroom. This is very poor sanitation for a hotel

I liked that it was close to the event that we were attending and the area around us. We stayed at this same hotel in 2020 and lived it since we chose to come back. However, there was a change in management between the first stay and the second stay.

The bathroom and microwave were dirty when we got there. It looked like something exploded in the microwave and left it. You couldn't control the TV by yourself. Anytime you wanted to turn it on, change the channel or adjust the volume you had to get the housekeeper or manager, and they would come with the remote. They said they didn't have enough remotes for all the TV to leave one. Their breakfast consists of 4 slices of bread, a 2 flavor juice machine ( that only had one kind of juice), and a raisin bran that was stale. The staff at the desk barely understood English, let alone speek it, which was a problem when you are trying to get help. The check was get, but we never saw that person the rest of the 4 days we were there. The housekeeper was also very good, we got to know her well for the number of times that she helped us during our stay. Also 3 of the lamps need light bulbs when we got there.

The price is great

The heater in our room was louder then a snowblower so we had to leave it off

wasn’t clean at check in, the sheets hadn’t been changed, the tv didn’t work and didn’t have enough towels. The breakfast was barely a breakfast. corn flakes and milk
