I arrived to find with no prior notice after traveling 13 hr, that there was no power. The manager who answered the door with a flash light told me he would personally drop the pending charge the next morning f oh r me to return. Next day no one there, notice from health department that no one could occupy building. Still was charged, customer service for Boeing says they can't get a response , so I'm just out of time and money!?!

room smelled badly, beds had old comforters and felt like sand was on them. bathroom fan made all kinds of noise and was rather depressing, room was freezing cold, curtains didn’t close all the way. I checked out within 1 hour as I’d decided I’d rather drive 2 hrs home than stay in that nasty room.

- the staff was incredible!! All so helpful and kind. but biggest shoutout to Tim. - room sizes were great and brilliant location

- the generators in the room where really loud so depends if your a heavy sleeper

Staff was very rude. Had mold in my room. Front desk refused to do a refund so I could stay somewhere else again. Was very rude about the whole situation. I have pictures of the mold. I have pictures of the dirtiness in the room. Very unsatisfied very unhappy and am wanting a refund from someone because we did not even stay there. We could not stay in the mold

This was an affordable, comfortable motel stay. The room did smell like secondhand smoke unfortunately, but otherwise was clean and nice.

The price was very cheap for a weekend stay

I did not get the rooms that I booked but paid the same price. The stove was dirty on the inside and went I cut it on the old grease burned. The heater in my kids room did not work and i had to buy blankets. It was pretty late when we got back so we just dealt with it and left early.

The location was the only thing that was good about this trip.

The room looked nothing like the pictures. It was absolutely filthy - dirt marks all over the doors, walls, etc. The closet floor was filthy. The bathroom was extremely small. The caulking around the tub was almost non existent. The tub leaned significantly. The stand the refrigerator and microwave were in had water damage and was rotten on the bottom - mold evident. The desk looked like it was going to fold in half if used. There was a large lift from the room floor into the bathroom with no transition strip. Floor in bathroom felt like it was weak from possible water damage.

What did we think of the breakfast??? What breakfast??? There was no breakfast. We had to cross a 4 lane highway to get to a Wawa for a breakfast sandwich

Bathroom was way too small, could barely turn around in it and floor in bathroom was filthy with hair everywhere. Floor in bedroom was filthy also. We had to sweep it twice right when we checked in, definitely should have been mopped before check in. Freezer was all ice could barely fit 2 small macaroni and cheese boxes. Definitely should have been defrosted before check in. Our reservation was for 3 adults, when checking in we were told “only 2 can stay, $20 extra per night for a 3rd person” plus extra charge $20 per night per pet, not stated in ad or reservation. Ended up being an extra $280 more than reservation price was
