Tengo mucho para escribir sobre este Hotel, pero me voy a contar lo más importante, la ubicación del Hotel excelente perfecta cerca de todos los sitios de interés Segundo el personal que trabaja en hotel todos menos a una que está en la recepción va un poco de chula no ha querido hablarme en español y resulta que es de Colombia. Lo demás es un equipo perfecto 👌 El chico que trabaja en la recepción que se llama Christopher y otro que se llama Rafael trabaja en la información y Alberto, que está en el puesto de las toallas de la piscina ,estos tres personas lo doy un 10 Hacen su trabajo con bueno humor, y buena energía muy amables . Y volveré al mismo Hotel si vuelvo a Miami.

La limpieza de las habitaciones fatal 👎 las camas mal hechas , no limpian el baño no limpian el suelo de la habitación a tenido que quejarme todos los días por la limpieza eso es lo único que no me ha gustado en el Hotel.

Location awesome, by the beach, it’s a 4 minute walk to the water. I was a beautiful hotel besides the beach, like from the 50’s I guess, some art deco details, lovable, big spaces, tall ceilings, awesome floors. You can even see some old furniture, still elegant today. Poor maintenance; some architectural components have been transformed to “modernity” resulting in ugly objects. Pity, if restored with dignity and respect of the original architectural design it could be a gem. I respect modernizing of course but it doesn’t imply destroying elegance

La ubicación

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo , la primera fue mala atención del Front Desck , en esta oportunidad me generaron una confusión administrativa que implicó que me bloqueen la habitación y me retengan la llave del vehículo , obvio se resolvió pero no me gustó como se manejan , sumado a que antes de antenderte cobran el servicio y luego te atienden

Eu não fiquei fiquei no hotel não posso avaliar algo que eu não estive lá , tive um problema com quarto aonde a gerente do hotel fez o cancelamento , eu não fui bem atendida uma experiência muito ruin um atendimento muito ruim.

Staff and room

Location was 2-3 minutes walking distance to Ocean Drive and the beach, perfect. Lots of restaurants along Ocean Drive but also found some really nice restaurants on the side streets away from there too. Hotel was very well air conditioned which was needed after a day in the extreme humidity of South Beach. Breakfast staff were very helpful and the breakfast itself was very nice albeit quite limited on choice. There were 2 small pools, one had a bar next to it and a little shop that sold cold drinks, snacks and ice creams

I booked via this website and it should’ve included breakfast for me and my two sons for the entire week but on arrival the hotel only had 2 breakfasts for us on their system and as such would only honour the 2. I was told to contact booking.com to sort it out. Couldn’t get anyone to actually contact via the app so just left it. They gave me 14 card vouchers (2 per day x 7 days) to redeem at breakfast but we could use them how we wished so we all had breakfast for 4 days and went out for the remaining 3 days(had 2 vouchers left over). They would let me buy a breakfast but at a cost of $33 per day but I considered that quite pricey. Tbf that’s the only negative there was.

The location

The staff wasn’t very nice and they never gave us any information about the property facilities or services that are included. The hotel shows many signs of deterioration ñ.

It was ok not better than Daytona or Jacksonville

Over charged

The hotel is great. We had an ocean-view room on the 11th floor, which was really good and clean. The pool was also clean, with easy access to the beach, a designated smoking area, and a bar. Almost all the staff were super friendly. You can borrow a bicycle for two hours every day to explore the city. Also they have a gym.

I think it would be great if the parking were a bit cheaper or even included in the room rate. Also, it would be ideal if the pool could stay open a bit longer. It’s fine as it is, but extending the hours would make it perfect.

Las suites con vistas al mar son algo hermoso! El hotel es lindo, y los dos restaurantes son ricos uno está abierto de 7 a 11 que es para desayuno, les recomiendo el buffet, y el otro está abierto hasta las 9 de la noche, les recomiendo el sándwich y sus tragos, las piscina es muy linda y los que más me gustó es el increíble servicio que hay en la playa, puedes agarrar tus sillas y sombrilla que tiene un costo adicional de 25 dólares, el servicio es excelente te puedes relajar y te llevan los tragos hasta tu silla! No dude. En reservar

Me hubiese gustado que hubiera un microondas en la habitación, y un mini refrigerador de uso personal.. ellos si tienen uno pero todo lo que está adentro tiene costos adicionales. Pero de lo contrario todo bien

En el front desk casi nadie es bilingüe solo se habla inglés tener en cuenta que es un hotel internacional

The property was at a prime location and had the facilities that were promised

When I had made the booking through the Booking.com app, it had given me a tariff of something around USD 160 per night. I do not even remember what the exact amount was, but I’m pretty sure it was around USD 140–160 a night, and then when I checked in, I was charged almost dollar 250 per night and I am not really sure how that happened. I can’t even go back to an email or a message to trace that, I just feel disgusted that I was kept in the dark about such a significant rise in the tariff, and I’m pretty upset that this happened. To top it up, I am a Marriott bonvoy and this is a partner resort, and I would have expected that they communicated such a change in advance & promptly.

The room was great with a good sized bathroom. We had a street view that was very nice especially at night. Daily housekeeping kept everything clean.

The mini fridge provided in the room is basically useless. There’s no room to store any of your own items and you’ll be charged if you do. They don’t even have prices on the items. For the time we were there, unfortunately the streaming apps on the tv didn’t work due to some changes the hotel was making.

Staff and location are really great!

Need to pay extra for cappuccino and espresso in the morning even if you pay almost 30$ a day for a breakfast. Need to pay 25$ extra for a beach umbrella. Luckily the staff is awesome and helps a lot with this but, for what you pay the room, these extras and many others should be included.

small pool with small pices stone on it , istead of tiles or anything similar for easy walking around the pool, extra charge for parking $53 per night, extra charge for 2 kids beach towel and chairs $19 per person, for our luck again broken bath doors( in Key West also), pool bar do not offer a coffee, charge 2% extra per day for area Miami Beach resort plus 7% city tax, very tiny and small terrace only 35cm wide for such a location and destination.

The breakfast was really good. Didn’t have a food voucher. Thought I paid for it with the hotel but was told I didn’t. That was the reason I chose the hotel because of the free breakfast. The room location was excellent. The view was everything I wanted

I was under the impression I had free breakfast with the hotel. Would like the pool to stay available a little later at night.

Que el personal de recepción no hable español. Por suerte apareció una empleada argentina y me pudo ayudar en mis peticiones, las cuales fueron todas satisfechas. Muy bien

The location, close to Lincoln road and the beach.

The hotel is super outdated. Everything seemed to be fallen apart in any minute. There was a construction nearby which was very noisy early morning and made dirt to fall over the hotel all day. There was no frigobar. There was a fridge stuffed with payable items but you could not even move a thing to chill your stuff cause they were charging you even though you put it back a sencond after moving it. If you wanted an small fridge within the room, it was an extra charge of USD35/day which is unacceptable. Bed was broken and super noisy. My colleagues complained about the same thing. You could wake yourself up from the noise of it just turning during your sleep. Shower hard to adjust. Crappy flower making unpleasant the bath. Room service was coming in the room all the time interrupting sleep and making awkward situations. There was no way to flag the room for not disturb. Pool had very little sitting places and always occupied. Bartender around the pool area were super slow and not focused. With luck you wait 20 minutes to take their attention. Pool shower was broken. People which provides towels for the pool were never there and you have to wait long time to get them. They provide sunbades but not the umbrellas (unacceptable) and wanted to charge extra USD 20 for them. Sunbades were broken and cushions tired. People from the beach never had towels and with luck they will bring some after an hour or two.
