Pool was nice. Ice service was good. Beds were comfortable.

Some television channels didn't work. Couldn't watch the world series. At first, the television didnt work at all. But the staff got it working finally. Remote, however, wasn't programmed to do much more than change channels. Coffee at the front desk was weak and had poor taste.

We had to fight with the housekeeping staff to get daily towels. And we had to give them the dirty ones to get clean ones. Not only that but i don't think they use softener in the machines

I guess that let us swim a little later ?

Front desk lady was rude. gave attitude upon requesting for extra pillows and a blanket. We wanted to ask for more towels as well but didn’t feel comfortable because we didn’t want to deal with attitude again.

Can't really say there was anything I didn't like.

Fridge & microwave in the rooms. Helpful, friendly staff. Close to lake. Affordable.

Some intermittent wi-fi connection problems.

We were charged $7.00 more then what was quoted to us when we checked out, the reason given by front desk personnel was that was to clean the room.

TV and refrigerator worked well.

No breakfast. Wi-Fi was useless as it was so poor. Room is old and a poor value for the money. Room stunk heavily of cleaner. Pool was too small to be of any use.. housekeeping took the soap and shampoo I was using and did not replace. What I received shampoo the next day, it was in a tough little plastic baggie that needed scissors to cut. Not have scissors. When I finally tore the baggie, I had to squeeze out the tiny bit of shampoo that was in the bag. Too little. Very noisy guests outside the motel night and very early morning.
