They over book and sent me to some other hotel. When I was trying to have a nice hotel to stay at for a special occasion.

The complimentary breakfast was delicious. The staff was polite and friendly. They allow pets. I took my puppy with me and they offered a dog bed and food/water bowls. Great hotel!

I booked a non smoking room but my first room smelled like cigarettes so I had to switch rooms.

You can walk inside to the parking ramp.

Dirty, very dated, dingy, moldy, mildew place. Run didn’t drain, lights flickered constantly, elevators got stuck. Definitely not worth the money. Bar/restaurant was dated, not enough staff, dirty and extremely overpriced.

Pillows were Is horribly too soft

They were too soft make my neck hurt trying to fold the pillow So I can get comfortable

Clean; comfortable bed; great tv options even had netflix

I liked nothing about this hotel, it was a disgusting nightmare! STAY AWAY! I'd rather go get a tooth pulled than stay here again.

Room was filthy, staff was unbelievably rude. They closed down the restaurant early and ruined our trip plans. Hot tub and pool are filthy. No one is picking up trash on the premises. Broken Fridge in our room spoiled food and drinks. They are scaming out of town people for parking, they say you have to pay for parking in a free lot.

the pool facilities are terrible. the Pool had a layer of some type of film on top and you couldn’t see to the bottom of it.
